Customer Support Experience

I'm specifically writing my review about Kuurth's customer service. I've had a couple issues with my products in the past (completely due to my own negligence, they arrive in perfect condition) and they have always been amazing and fully accommodating to my needs. I dropped one of my watches and damaged the dial on the side which made the watch inoperable. I contacted Kuurth on instagram and within the day they provided clear help on what to do and what my available options were. I thought the hasty reply was particularly impressive considering their account has over 300k followers. My second issue was a delivery problem and I never ended up receiving my product, (it was a free item they gave to me so it wasn't in the forefront of my mind at the time) I emailed Kuurth enquiring about the item and the next reply was them telling me my item was on the way with no charge whatsoever. It's safe to say I couldn't ask for more in terms of their customer support! The products themself are also always genuine top quality craftsmanship and I've loved everything I've ever purchased from them.

Manufacturing error

The delivery and packaging was great.
The product tho... it arrived with imperfections (shape), as if it wasn't well made on one side. It upsets me since I've paid so much for you to send it with a manufacturing error...
Either way, I love your designs, keep it up! Just make sure you review the quality of your product before sending..!

I bought rojuu mon earring the first minute it came out, weeks later they told me there's no stock left and that they would send it to me when it's back on stock. I still haven't received a single new and they have my money

The best customer service

I had a misunderstanding concerning the shipping and the customer service was very fast, understanding, and helped me with my order.
Can't wait to receive my ring, I am sure I will not be disappointed, do not hesitate to order with them !

Pink sakura ring doesn’t look as good in real life

I got the pink sakura ring and it does NOT look like the reference pictures at all. It almost doesn’t look pink, there’s no textures in the sakura flower… honestly quite disappointed

poor quality

i ordered two rings one of wich i returned wich took ages for kurt to get back to me and the second ring , one gem has already fallen out and the centre resin detail has blurred after only a couple months of non regular wear. very disappointed for the price

terrible service and product quality

terrible service and product quality. sent me the ring of the wrong size and asked me to pay for shipping for returns. There are way better jewellery brands out there.

Nice, but with flaws

I purchased the Starry Night ring in stainless steel and have been wearing it for about 2 weeks now. The fit and style of the ring are nice; I have gotten several compliments thus far. My only complaint is that I have had 2 of the stones fall out randomly, leaving blank spots along the ring. I would consider buying from Kuurth again, but may avoid any rings with stones.

I ordered two rings, and they were too heavy, and a little bit big, they fell from my fingers and they always ended up wrong side up, the design face is too heavy

A few problems

Piece is nice but is only one sided so if it flips it looks pretty bad, also some hard piece of black material is stuck inside the chain and it scratches against my neck when I wear it

Amazing

when my necklace broke and they found out my piece was defective they immediately offered to pay for repairs, then when I said I would rather have a replacement they sent me a brand new one! It of course with my luck got lost in the mail and they sent another replacement! They care about their customers so much!

Necklace broke after a month

Necklace broke only a month after receiving it. Wore it maybe 2-3 times for only a few hours each. Emailed Kuurth and they said it was due to normal wear and tear and that I can have it repaired at a jeweler. I have never had a necklace break after only a month. Very saddening as I do love the necklace. The design and style is great, but I was definitely expecting better quality based off of other reviews.

After carefully reviewing cases like this, breakages of this nature are typically caused by external factors such as accidental pulling or the chain getting caught on clothing or other surfaces. Even with occasional use, these situations can unfortunately happen without being immediately noticeable.

This type of damage does not correspond to a manufacturing defect, which is why it falls outside of our warranty coverage.
This kind of issue is usually very easy to repair, and any local jeweler can fix it quickly and at a low cost.
