It has been MONTHS and I still do not…

It has been MONTHS and I still do not have my refund after being ignored for weeks when I attempted to reach out and then finally getting an email saying that they have received and processed my return and I still have not received a return. Will never buy from here again.

poor quality, broke easily

The diamonds fell out of the ring extremely fast, and even after careful wear. at this price point, i expected better quality. The resolution proposed by the customer service was not satisfactory; a 25% refund does not help with this dissappointment … Would not buy from here again.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift around a…

I ordered a bracelet as a gift around a year ago, and it unfortunately broke due to wear. I was unsure if anything could be done due to the length of time since ordering and the nature of the damage. However, the Kuurth team were incredibly pro-active in resolving the issue and ultimately sent me a new bracelet, charging only the shipping cost and a tiny fraction of the production. All of my other Kuurth pieces have held up amazingly, I can’t wait to purchase my next one!

Adequate

Slow delivery and even slower customer service, i contacted them for an exchange and after months of waiting got a refund instead of the ring back

The void black watch tears everything

The void black watch looks really cool, but the spikes all over it are tearing my clothes apart, they get caught on literally anything and I am constantly stuck to something, when I have longer sleeves it is constantly pulling strings out and the inside of my sleeves are starting to fall apart and is ruining my clothes. I would like to wear it all the time but I can't wear it unless i'm only wearing a T-shirt and if i'm not at work.

Loose stone

I ordered a ring and a necklace from them. The ring is great but the Caelum necklace was dissapointing, it looked great and felt great but after wearing it 4 times the yellow Zirconia fell out, this happened when placing it in the original case, I was never rough with it, I never picked at the stone and it fell out very easily. I do like their designs but this ruins the piece

bad customer service

Product is great but it broke on me in 2 weeks (Glyph bracelet).

Customer service took a month and a half of back and forth with constant following up to get a replacement sent to me.
