Nice pieces, bad info, too much fees
Bought a ring, it said the size was an 11.5 US and it’s not. It’s a size 12 US. I had to pay import fees and now it seems that for a return I need to pay return fees for an item that was sized wrong which is annoying. I spent close to 300$ CDN already to get the ring now I’m gonna have to spend another 75$CDN to return it to only get 217$ back… Don’t buy from the site outside of Europe

Great items - service needs work
The items are exactly as described and beautiful and have gotten lots of compliments so can’t fault that.
The only part that brings this review down is the delivery service as it took 2 months to get to me ( I did order in December so poor timing) and also trying to get any help through customer service was awful and didn’t hear back till the day I received it finally

A two-month transit time is not standard and unfortunately reflects the peak holiday congestion that affects international logistics in mid-December, rather than our usual delivery performance.

After a month and a half, the stone on the ring came off and was lost.
I can't believe that such an expensive silver ring is of such poor quality.
