Unhappy customer
Customer service is still very poor with slow rate of responses rate. I had to follow up every now and then for the same things with no communication or update on my order.
Delivery was even worse it took almost 1-2 weeks of follow up for them to deliver the good. in my case delivery instructions was not follow recipient was not contacted prior to the delivery...
