We appreciate your honest thoughts on the numbering and logo — embroidery can appear smaller in person than it does on screen, and the stitched edge around the logo is part of the embroidery process to keep the design secure and durable, not a sticker. We're sorry the overall look didn't fully match what you saw online. Since your hat is custom-made, we completely understand it's not eligible for return, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you ever decide to order again, we'd be happy to help you adjust the logo/number size or embroidery style to get exactly what you have in mind.
