I ordered a bike computer one month ago and are still waiting to receive it. My bike holiday is over, but still want it.
I got a confirmation that the order was ok and my payment went through. They could not find the order, even when I sent my order number.....
I had some correspondence and later they promised that it would be shipped or if I want my money back. I ask them to send it. However am still waiting. I want to log in to the system again and it does not recognize me anymore, maybe a temporary issue.....?

This is not how you treat your customers and fully understand the rating of the company.

Product received but not as expected. There is no one to answer the phone. Returns are laborious and not customer friendly. Still have to see if they return the monies.
