I placed my order almost 10 days ago

I placed my order almost 10 days ago, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. Getting a response from customer service is another issue. They answered three days ago, confirming that the dispatch would be done within the day, but I still have no news. I guess it's too much of a hype to really be worth it.

Long time shipping

Order on the 13th January only arrived today 23rd January no tracking information no confirmation email . And customer service is an absolute nightmare. But other than that products are good . Thank you ☺️

Foundation....AMAZING!

Foundation....AMAZING!! loved this foundation....more full coverage than I was expecting...leaves a lovely glow without being shiny! blends out well and looks flawless once all of my makeup is applied....worked beautifully at my daughters cheerleading comp too! definitely sweat proof! been waiting for this one and it didn't dissapoint 👍

Don't buy direct

This is a review on the customer service, I like the products but buy from Boots not direct! Item received was faulty lip butter that wouldn't go up so useless, just wound round and round. Still trying to return, replacement or refund. The customer service team send these long flowery emails where you easily miss the point of what they are asking you. Like send photos of the damage, I sent a video as you can't photograph not winding up. I absolutely wouldn't buy direct again.

Avoid! Possible scam.

Ordered from the UK site a number of weeks ago and have still not received anything. I've had no communication or updates and Customer service is non-existent. I have attempted to contact them several times with no response. This week I finally received a non-specific response which simply quoted their expected processing and shipping times - both of which have been well exceed by now, and the suggestion that I wait a few more days to see if I receive a dispatch notice. I have since requested a refund, however I very much doubt that I will receive either the items ordered or a refund. I have no faith that this is a reputable or even legitimate company. I've contacted my bank to see if there is any way they can recover the monies paid and am reporting to Trading Standards.

Bought items 8 days ago from kylie…

Bought items 8 days ago from kylie cosmetics. Still not received items or confirmation. I have contacted the customer services several times, and have been advised the same thing that it will be dispatched and 5 days later customer service confirmed it still wasn’t dispatched. Not only is the lack dispatch very disappointing but the customer service is very very poor. I even wrote a DM and a comment on Instagram requesting assistance and was ignored.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! I placed an order yesterday. I was excited and didn't noticed my account still had the old address on my apartment. I immediately contacted customer service ( which by the way could only be contacted by email because they dont have any phone number to call, this is so old age!) I provided the correct address, only to receive an email a day after saying they cannot do anything as any order placed is final. So ridiculous! What is the purpose of having a customer service who are completely useless! This feels like a scam. My order is almost $200 and they are telling me they cannot do anything.. they will just get my money regardless If I receive my product or not, not their problem... 😡 I will never order again. Put your money elsewhere..

Customer service completely sucks

Customer service completely sucks. They will do absolutely nothing to help you or do the right thing. I placed an order 3 days ago. Well, 2 days ago the black Friday sale started. I haven't even received my package yet. I emailed customer service to ask for an honor of the sale. Literally every company will do this for you.

Customer service wrote back saying they will not honor their own sale. It was $16 dollar difference, which isn't much to them but customer experience is worth everything to me.

Company worth 1.2 billion dollars while Coty is worth 9.84 billion, but definitely "not able to honor" their own sale prices!

Quick shipping and great products

My experience was really great, i ordered during the Black Friday sale and my order was shipped the next day and arrived the day after that! Very quick shipping and all my products were exactly as expected

I paid £6 for the Transport just to…

I paid £6 for the Transport just to find out that the courier left the parcel somewhere far for me to pick up.i mean really?
Haven't tried the products yet but the courier service is rubbish. Avoid and please improve!

BUYER BEWARE

I bought some makeup on line. It never shipped and I emailed them 12 times. I asked for a refund since I never got my order. They took my money on the date I bought it. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They LIE about shipments and won't process a refund. They are rude via email and they still have my money. I still don't have my order. I placed the order 3 months ago. They are running a SCAM so BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't give your money Kylie Cosmetics. You will NEVER get it back!!!

Kylie Cosmetics…

Ordered make up from Kylie Cosmetics America from the UK Website,my order was perfect,but the branded Box which they put the cosmetics in,is the box that they ship out to you,they don't place it in another box o when you open the gift you have a lovely gift box to open,it arrives with shipping labels all over it,denied,dirty and scratched,which company would allow there products to be shipped this way,and there customer service is no help at all,15 emails and they can't even send me a new box,which I have offered to pay the postage,still no joy,appalling customer service

AVOID!

These people are scammers. They take the the money from your account and don’t send a confirmation email. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I’ve ordered and they’ve taken my money and not giving me a confirmation email, shipping details or anything. When I submit a form on their web store for help, they say that my case number is #null. Ridiculous. Never give your money to this stupid family.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Placed an order that didn't arrive. The tracking info indicated some labeling issues, sometimes this happens. When I heard nothing from the shipper for two days, I emailed both customer service departments and received nothing back from Kylie Cosmetics. I received a shipping notice that said my order is being returned today, but still no response from KC Customer Service. No live chat available, no email response and no phone number available.....Ugh.

BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered a candle and a lipliner from Kylie Cosmetics website. Status of my order remained as “ordered” for over 2 weeks before I had to reach out to customer service to ask why my order hasn’t shipped out yet. No response or acknowledgment to my email. Sent out a second email, only to have someone inform me that they will reach out to me once they have located my order then never heard from again and this was almost a week ago.
They of course charged my credit card the day I ordered the items and I am still waiting.
I asked for a refund a number of times since at this point, I no longer want any of the items from how unprofessional the whole company has been. Kylie Cosmetics you’re a bunch of scammers! Don’t believe in the hype ppl. Not worth the headache!

Bad customer service

I have been ordering from Kylie Cosmetics for about 5 yrs. My last order came in and it was missing products. I sent an email and the response was within 24 hours you will have a reply. However, it’s been two weeks and three emails later, and no reply! I can’t dispute it with my credit card company. And when you send an email, you can’t use capital letters, it’s all lowercase who does that? How unprofessional.
