Fast delivery good condition good prices

I've rated KYYO multiple times by this point, and each has and will continue to be overwhelmingly positive. When I say this is THE best K-pop merch site in the UK. Please take my word for it. I buy a LOT of albums, and KYYO has the lowest prices on the market. Huge win. I like to display my albums and PCs. Never had a single album damaged or missing items. I can't say this will happen to every customer as I do spend a lot, but the occasional time I get a freebie is such a heartwarming experience. Speaking of, the people at KYYO are some of the most passionate, dedicated, and downright nice people I've ever had to pleasure of dealing with. I've had 1 issue with Kyyo in the entire 2-3 years I've used their site, and they notified me before I even realized there was one. And even sent the correct item before I had even returned the incorrect one. I wholeheartedly cannot recommend another online store for K-Pop merch. You're doing yourself a disservice by shopping anywhere else. Delivery times can be long if you pre-order, but they're incredibly transparent with shipping dates, and their SHOP integration makes tracking your packages easy.

My favourite KPOP retailer in the UK! Absolutely amazing customer service with quick responses, fast dispatch time. I’ve done many orders with Kyyo and haven’t had any issues. I think they’ve even got to learn who my biases are when giving out the POBs, unless I’m just very lucky, because I always seem to get my bias! (Much appreciated packing team thank you!). Couldn’t recommend this company more.

I have a customer of Kyyo for many years and they have consistently excelled. Quick shipping, direct customer service and competitive prices make this my favourite place to buy kpop albums and extras. I would recommend the mystery bag as it can be quite a bargain (as long as you are multistan and a bit of a collector like me)

The only downside is the high cost to get free shipping so I don't order often but when I do it is a nice amount.

I always use kyyo. I love them, they’re affordable and they ship really fast. I’ve been using kyyo for nearly a year and have pre ordered 5star and rockstar as well as stray kids seasons greetings and they always update me in the status of my order. I’ve never had a problem with them and am even apart if their reward scheme. I would seriously recommend kyyo for anyone who wants albums, merch, posters and even photo cards.

Looks like they are trying to dispose of some not very known albums using the mystery box option. Also, the mystery photo cards were inside the packaging for the Ateez album I chose meaning that it had been opened. Albums are all good, rest of them sealed and the posters look good. But now I am stuck with three albums I can’t even open. Delivery fast, packaged nicely. Just know the albums will be very random, mostly smaller unknown groups.
