It’s the fifth time I’ve bought from KYYO! Very straight forward, the website lays the items out very clearly, delivery generally ships a day after ordering. Items have always arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again 😃😃

Fast delivery. Great service. Quality products.

arrived way quicker than i thought, album was in perfect condition (I ordered twice formula of love album.) the stock was refilled quickly, as i was waiting for this album specifically to re-stock and i only had to wait a month, which is way quicker than a lot of bigger companies! They tend to stock all the albums at once as well, so you can be sure that the ones you want are in stock!! I 100% recommend kyyo, and i will be using it for albums again, over HMV who i used before (who never delivered on time, and never had any albums in stock, and when they stocked it would be like 1 album out of all of them, and they really only stock BTS, TXT, blackpink and newer groups :( ) anyway i recommend!

Absolute amazing selection, dare I say the best that I can find in this country. Shipping times are great, usually within 2-3 weeks of release and customer service is super helpful. Nice packaging as well.
Only slight issue is that it is a bit more expensive compared to other stores in the UK but I will definitely keep using your services in the future.

Quick delivery, no damage and lightstick is amazing

Purchased a pre-order album, on 24th April. The album was shipped from Korea to KYYO. KYYO delivered the item as soon as first available on 10th May, arrived on 12th May.

Items were exactly as described and authentic/original. Beats having to pay for international shipping & import fees from overseas companies.

Only bit of feedback would be to provide some more communication in-betwen purchase & shipment (i.e. "your product has reached our warehouse and will be shipped soon"), just a little update for peace of mind it hasn't been forgotten.

Overall easy and fast experience with KYYO.

They had the album I wanted as soon as it came out for pre order. Also the customer service is amazing, I get a reply the same day. I get all my SKZ albums, SKZ PC’s & my SKZ Lightstick from KYYO.
