By far the best place to buy Kpop related items in the UK. Before I used to buy them off SM global or Amazon and they used to take weeks to arrive, this one only took a couple days. Will be using again in the future

Good quick delivery and included some little photocards as freebies. My only criticism is that the box of my lightstick was a little scuffed. I think that is probably just due to the fact it had to travel a long way and isn’t bad! Would defo order from them again.

I've bought from Kyyo a bunch of times, and I've never had a problem with them. When I first got into K-Pop, I was looking for a place to buy albums in the UK. Since most of the content I'd seen was from US creators, I had no idea where to look, so I just Googled. Kyyo (and a few other places came up), but Kyyo was the first place I tried, and honestly? I've not needed anywhere else. Delivery (unless it's a pre-order), if I order something on Monday, will usually arrive by the end of the week.

My most recent order from KYYO had an error in the packaging with something missing. When I sent an email to ask about this, for me to return, I haven't had any response back at all. Other than that, the rest of my albums have been fine, and come on time.

I have ordered from Kyyo numerous times and I have always been a very happy and satisfied customers. Albums are packaged well and I have never had any dents, areas that are peeling, crushed areas of the packaging etc. I only had to contact them once about a very small preorder issue and it was immediately resolved and the item was sent out to me promptly. The team are lovely and super helpful with any queries you may have and they run a great business with decent prices and good shipping fees with really quick delivery too. A great business overall and I will continue to order from them in the future! ❤️
