Once you reach a human, customer service is great

Fixed all my issues in a reasonable time frame. FYI each rep deals with their own individual clients on the email support; so if your rep isnt in you do not hear back. They are West coast based so if youre on the East coast it can be frustrating to wait 10 plus hours for your rep's shift to start to get answers/help. Once i figured this out by asking questions, I was much more patient to the human on the other end- who was great at her job.

To get help asap, best to call 18443528324. This is not listed on website.

My items are back ordered. i will update this review once shipping and delivery is final.

Absolutely awful and upsetting

This company was extremely unprofessional. They never sent me an email confirmation of a purchase I tried to make. After the order was pending for 6 days it disappeared entirely as if I never placed the order to begin with. Upon contacting customer service to find out if it was a legitimate company they were still not informative or helpful. Upon requesting cancellation of my order because I was concerned this was a fraudulent site they simply said they were sorry I felt this way and there was nothing they could do. Still not sure if this is a real company and will never attempt using them again. Very upset and extremely disappointed. They better not charge me for that table after all of this ridiculousness

I ordered queen over queen bunk beds on 6/6/17, my credit card was charged immediately and I received a message I would be contacted when the items ship. I have left emails , voice messages, with no responses from flatfair. Has the beds been shipped, are they in stock? Out of stock? When will they arrive? Can I cancel this order because I don't want to deal with a company who is not consumer friendly.
This tracking is non existent. I've called the carrier who has no right of this freight, again I've left messages and emails with no return calls. The shipment stated it was to be here the week of April 19? I wish to cancel if its not here in 1 week. totally frustrated, I don't know why someone can't return a phone call, I think I need an explanation.

MISSING PRODUCTS

First of all, I want to say that the variety of furniture on their website is awesome. Ease of ordering furniture, also awesome. Quality of furniture, excellent.Quality of customer service, not so much. I ordered almost $3000 in bedroom furniture for two bedrooms. Received an email stating 10 out of 10 boxes shipped. GREAT. I receive all 10 boxes, unpack them to only find that I am still missing two pieces of furniture! How does that happen? I call CS, 2-3 rings, voicemail. EVERY TIME. I contact CS through email, they say they will fix the problem and ship out the items I am missing within two days and contact me with a tracking number. That was last week. I still have not received any information on my missing furniture. If it wasn't for the customer service or lack there of, I would rate Flat Fair a Four Star. Mistakes happen. The poor customer service and slowness to react, however has me questioning if I ever shop with them again.

I've been trying to order a table set and every time I put in my card info it said error I tried three different valid cards and all the same I called to get them to help and they said that can't take a payment over the phone so how do I order then????

Bought a kitchen table over a week ago …

Bought a kitchen table over a week ago and they emailed back needing verification of my shipping address because it was different then my billing. Once I had them change my shipping address (I think) I have yet to get verification on when or where my item is being shipped. They don't answer the phone or my emails. Horrible customer service and I am honestly unsure if I am receiving my kitchen table that I bought or not.

I ordered a pair of love seats which …

I ordered a pair of love seats which came promptly, packaged amazingly by friendly delivery men. These love seats were not cheap. Approx. $2400.00.
After about 30 days, the leather of the love seats started to change color and I e-mailed customer service who immediately tried to solve this issue. After many tries by Flat Fair to have the manufacturer help with no response, they told me they would come pick up my love seats w/ 100% refund. That is honest, straight forward, good customer service that is not found much these days. I plan on buying my new love seats from flatfair.com just because I know they stand behind what they sell. Thank you, Kenny B. of customer service and thank you FlatFair.com. You are a true, honest company!

Never received product

I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago and have not received it! Emailed a delivery date and it was never delivered. Now I am going through my credit card company to ensure I receive a full refund!!!! I ordered a big order many items more …

I ordered a big order many items more then two thousand dollars.
Most items came at time and had good experience at first.
But the rest of my items didn't come and the company sent me a receipt saying that the items were delivered in side the home.
I was home that day waiting for the delivery but no one called or came.
Update note today:
After I reached to the customer service (the good thing is that they always reply and take care of responding in short time). A couple of days they called and confirmed the delivery date and time.
Driver came on time.
All my items were well packed and not damaged.
I was worried but now that ireceived everything I'm so happy and very pleased with their customer service.

Unable to get a delivery date

Price was good but after 8 days I still dont have my furniture and no delivery date in sight. Ive been charged already but told furniture isnt in the warehouse. Unable to give me any answers so far. Just being told someone will email me. Hopefully something changes and I can change my review.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! Please please never buy from this place!!!! Worse experience of my ENTIRE LIFE! I paid 1,300 for my daughters bed and when they came to delievery it... it took the men 4 hrs and two trips to Home Depot to tell me they can't put it together and to call their boss. REALLY???? I emailed thousands of times since, called a hundreds of times as well to be told someone will call me back Or just plain hung up on. It's been over a month and my daughter has no bed to sleep in. Not one single person called me to update me or even apologize. Unacceptable !!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down. I'm calling the better Business Bureau!!! Please beware. Thank god my credit card company disputed the payment. Imagine if I paid cash???? Ughhhh NEVER AGAIN!!!! Beware

DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL!! Avoid these corrupt swindlers!!

This company sent me moldy furniture (and I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC to mold)! The boxes were filthy & musty & dirty. I was hoping it was just the boxes that were in that condition, but EVERYTHING was moldy & musty! There was visible mold under the chair cushions. The wood itself was permeated with mold (along with a very strong chemical) smell. Even the directions for putting them together was musty. This was the POWELL TEAL BLUE WILLOW 6 PIECE DINING SET (which looks beautiful, but is totally unusable in this condition). Apparently, the Powell company said they would replace the seat cushions, but nothing else. But the ENTIRE SET needs to be replaced! I have begged them to get this out of my apartment, as it's making me ILL! For days now, I have had to live outside of my apartment, and eat outside of my apartment, because it's making me ill! I asked them if I can at least put this out on my balcony to get it out of my apartment, but they wont respond. My credit card company said FlatFair would refund the money, but now FlatFair is saying they wont. I just want this toxic & contaminated furniture OUT OF MY APARTMENT!!! And I want my money back from this debased company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
