Come on...

Well, first off I paid for my item, and a month later got notice they didn't have it. I am an understanding person, but was frustrated by that. Instead of woeing me, the representative Ester kept pushing back with frustration herself. Look, Im the customer. not you. Your responsibility is to KEEP my business, not push me away to NEVER use your business again. I am NEVER one to write bad reviews but this person is just BAD FOR BUSINESS.

I seriously suggest you buy elsewhere.

They delivered my table in a destroyed box . The table top had a chunk missing so big it looks like a big animal took a bite of it !It's also scratched up very badly . Even after sending photos immediately upon delivery they won't send me another table top or adjust the price or any kind of help . Its been a month , no reply .They ignore all my emails and won't answer the phone . I paid almost 1000 bucks for a table that looks like it came out of a dumpster.

Wrong dimensions on website and we have to pay!

We ordered a pull out sofa that the website says is 64" L which was exactly what we needed. When the sofa arrived, it measured 69" L. After numerous holds in their horrible phone system and messages left, we were told to "take a photo of the sofa measurement" an email it to them. Upon doing this (?) the photo clearly showed the sofa was not 64" as did the screen shot of their website dimensions. The response we received was that we would be credited $118.76 for a $419.99 sofa that they would then pick up and return!! We are being asked to pay a 25% restocking fee and shipping for a product and issue they had wrong, not us! I will not let this go until the situation is made right...

What is going on?????

I placed an order which was acknowledged by email. Later I was told it was out of stock.
I responded to that email with questions and have not recieved a response(3 days).
I have called 5 times and been routed to voice mail each time. No response. I have never had a problem like this with any other company on the net. Beware?????

Read reviews after i made my purchase..

I usually never do this! but i was in love with the dining room set they have..so after 3 days of trying to find coupons for free shipping with no luck i finally decided to pay the $299 shipping $1033 total.Now as im reading the reviews im scared that something will go wrong with my order or it will come damaged or i wont recieve it at all!!..If i would have read the reviews first i would not have ordered from here! Im stressing out about this expensive order!! Im giving 2 stars just for all the bad reviews..I will update if and when i recieve my order..

No Response

I ordered $1200 of furniture and never got so much as an email regarding process order, if it's in stock or shipped. I've called the company many time only to get, " service attendant not available". I've emailed and left messages and still nothing. Is it my imagination or is today's workforce so incompetent that by past generation work ethics current workforce wouldn't have even been qualified to remove and replace urinal cakes??!!!

Site needs to be updated

I ordered an item that I desperately needed and it took days to tell me it wasn't in stock. Such a disappointment. If the site is updated and current it would have reflected this. I am not happy that I had to input my personal information including my credit card number for an item that was never in stock.

Horrible experience

I ordered an espresso 3 bed bunk bed 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. I received an email asking If I got it or not. I have not gotten it yet. I've emailed them and called them repeatedly, I've even left 2 voicemail messages to call me back. Nothing so far. I've just been ripped off $800.00. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for sure. Horrible service. I'm extremely disappointed.

Very unprofessional "customer service"

After calling all morning, someone finally answered the phone with "Hello?" I then confirmed with this person that I had called Flatfair and asked her to make a correction on my shipping address for an order that had not yet shipped, according to their website. I hope I get my order. I am not at all confident that I will. should have ordered with my local furniture store - with shipping it would have cost about the same.
UPDATE - I was NOT contacted about a delivery appointment AND I'm still trying to get my zip code corrected. My order still shows "processing" after thirteen days and the zip code has not been changed.

Annoyed

I've been calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails. Ive waited a week for my bedroom set to come in and I call the delivery company they have no idea where the packages are because they haven't received them yet. However online it's states they were suppose to ship it out 2/27/2017. I can't track my package. It's sad I really was excited but now I'm just aggravated
