Just came back from umrah with Iabbaik hajj and umrah, Service was very good. Sister Mahnoor looked after us well and answered all our queries promptly.sister helped us to book our flight’s , visas, hotels and private transport in Saudi Arabia which was very good, hotels were ok,

We have recently been to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and can't recommend Labbaik Hajj Umrah highly enough. Shahbaz organised our Umrah, he was highly knowlegable, professional and very responsive. Because of our mother we wanted the hotels to be as close as possible but still within our budget and comfortable ride for intercity travelling. Everything was very well organised. Both hotels were 5 star and within a minute walk. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends/family.

Amazing customer experience! Sheraz made my trip for ummrah seamless and stress free. Each stage of my travel was sorted from the visa to all the taxi and flights and accommodation. Would definitely recommend!

Used this company last year to Umrah with my family. So it was a no brainier to use them again to do Umrah this year with my mates. I made a package for Umrah through this company and Essa the agent organised it for me.
I truly can say he is a very dedicated person. He helped me from start to finish in organising everything. I was constantly texting him for changes and options which he with all honesty gave. My husband went by himself and I was a bit apprehended about his journey. But Essa reassured me everything will be fine and he kept to his word. My husband had an amazing time there.
For a hassle free booking everyone should contact this travel agencies as they do everything for you and you just have to pay at the end.

An excellent company, who tailor make your umrah trip. They provide fantastic communication throughout the entire process from the initial booking to you finally reaching home at the end of your trip. Our agent Ahsan responded to all of our enquiries and kept in contact throughout providing us with reminders and checking up on us to make sure we were ok. For the second year of my experience with labbaik hajj and umrah and I'm very pleased again by the swift and quick response.
Essa was particularly helpful and advice to the best of the customer.

Booked through this organisation for last year October 2023. Flights were spot on with no issues as we are a family of 6.

Leaving out all the minor problems I am only concentrating on the mains issues.

Agent informed me it was 5 star hotel, once arriving the hotel was an outdated far from 5 stars, now turned into 3 star. Room doesn't accommodation 6 people, we had to pay extra, bathroom had to be repaired due to many issues... breakfast which was included was only for 4 people (i had to pay again) i finally managed to contact the company / agency but they were unable to help, spoke to manager who goes by the name of Ali, Syed, hassan etc... couldn't solve any issues expect kept repeating Madina will be OK!

Madina was the same didn't bother to complain.

They have now deleted all my WhatsApp messages to avoid me saving or copying the information.

This company is good for single individuals and short stays not families.

They are clueless about taking children to holy places.
