I ordered 3 labcharge units on 1/4/2026. Never received merchandise a month later. I contacted customer service and got 1 response that they were working on my order, this was approximately 2 weeks after my initial order. Finally, had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund. Still looking for another products.

I was so glad I found these. They are great and so easy to set up and care for. They have made such a difference with the air quality in our apartment. So much easier to breath and no more having to dust daily to keep things cleaner. Love them. We have 4 of them and highly recommend them for everyone.

The ionizer is simple to setup
The ionizer is simple to setup. I was concerned initially that it wasn’t working as I expected to feel a breeze coming out of the sides where the vents are. It turns out it comes out round the sides of the circle. The flow was similar to my old ionizer so I was happy. I use one for my bedroom to help me sleep. The only question I have is this, my old ionizer had to be cleaned to get rid of dust that collected on the anode so I don’t know if it doesn’t collect dust or if it’s burnt off somehow?

That’s a great observation! Traditional ionizers often collect dust on internal parts that need cleaning, but this unit is designed differently and doesn’t require internal maintenance. There are no plates or anodes that collect dust—just wipe the outside from time to time and you’re all set.

customer service is terrible. i purchased 4 air purifiers with lifetime warranty and two of them are now defective. I have called numerous times and emailed Sarah at customer service with now response. will never purchase anything from them again and will be contacting my lawyer for any repercussion.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN PRODUCT AND COMPANY
I bought 4 units in December 2025 and currently all 4 are not usable. 1 stopped working after less than 12 hours. The 2nd stopped working after a few weeks. The 3rd and 4th had to be turned off due the noise level. The longer they ran the louder they got. The units are so bright they can be used for a nightlight. We had to turn it off at night until it quit working then it wasn't an issue anymore. There is also no way a single unit covers 250 sq ft, the units I have (the ones that work) barely covers 100 sq ft.
The only thing more disappointing than the product is the customer service. I have reached out multiple times to get a refund and return the product. The canned response is a copy and paste troubleshooting guide all of which have already been tried. Simply put this is a subpar product in all ways. I do not have buyers remorse I just want to return a bad product and have my hard earned money returned. Just to have a company stand by the product they sell, but I doubt it. My guess is it will be an education in who not to trust but I still hope they will step up.

I was fortunate enough to get a nice bundle of 4 LabCharge Ionic Air Purifiers at a great price! Score!!!
My husband suffers from COPD & we live in a very old house that seems to stay dusty. Plus we have cats & a big dog that shed dander, fluff & outside dirt all over.
We have been using these LabCharge Ionic Air Purifiers for a week. The air in our kitchen, living room & bedrooms feels fresher. My husband is having fewer bouts of coughing & I am having less allergy problems. I have also noticed that there is a significant reduction in dust on TV screens & furniture.
So far I am very pleased with the purchase of LabCharge Ionic Air Purifiers.

I would give no stars if I had the chance to. I had a reaction to this product. Eyes started to burn and itch and my chest started to burn. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service on how to proceed to return the purifiers and have gotten no response. I wrote emails and called multiple times with no one getting back to me. Very unprofessional.

Thank you for reaching out. A very soft humming or light buzzing sound can be normal during operation due to the ionization process. However, the units should not produce loud or unusual noise.

Company does not honor warrant or guaranty-
After having them for less than a month, 2 of the 4 started making loud noises. I contacted lab charge and they sent me troubleshooting instructions none of the worked. Then the say I had to send a video of each which I did. Still hadn’t heard from the for 2 weeks and sent them4 more emails . They finally answered saying my videos were too short and to redo them showing it is plugged in( even though the top light was clearly on. )
I did and sent them in 8 emails and a month lATER, RADIO SILENCE. I EVEN CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE BOTTOM of their site. Of course it was just a voice mail which I left a long message. No return calls. So here we are a month later and 8 emails since sending in the second set of videos and no response. Stay away from them they clearly do not honor their warranty or guarantee. My advise STAY AWAY
