Very bad

From the moment I ordered from you I realized you had the wrong address so I emailed and called you immediately and for 3days in a row and you did nothing! You didn’t even return my calls! Buy the time you had already sent them you said it was too late to do anything! I find your customer service horrendous and unacceptable! Believe me I will let everyone know of your indecent marketing practices

These things really work

These things really work! The house smells so much fresher and cleaner. They are so easy to use and easy to wipe down with a soft cloth. That's it! That's all you have to do to have cleaner air. I love them!

I have no idea how well these work

I have no idea how well these work. I’m hopefull they beat what your basic air purifier does not do.
Instructions say can take 4-6 weeks for noticeable improvement so we shall see. If these do no better than a air purifier they will go back. Was hoping to aleve allergy issues but those issues still exist after 2 weeks.
What I can say is all the dust in my living room is not collecting anywhere near what it was and that was with a expensive air purifier. As a additional note I have not had to dust my living room in a week which prior was not possible ever.

My experience with the company was great. I got my product very quickly. But on the other hand, I’m not too impressed with the product itself. I haven’t noticed any difference probably won’t buy it again.

I can’t live without them.

I’ve gotten my Labcharge air purifiers about 2 weeks ago and they have made my apartment smell so much better. I have a dog and sometimes I can smell him but since my Labcharges air purifiers arrived, people can barely tell that I have a dog except for his toys and food. I have also noticed less dust, dog fur, and mold (in my bathroom) throughout my apartment. My building is infested with roaches but they have been avoiding my apartment since I got my Labcharge air purifiers. My dog’s allergies and asthma have actually almost stopped as we as my own. I have been telling my neighbors and friends about them.

I’ve been coughing for days complaining…

I’ve been coughing for days complaining of chest pain and now found out the devices actually causes it and my dog has been choking ever since I turned these things on in my house. I wrote to the company by email twice and noone responded. I definitely want a refund but I finally went on their website and found instructions. I have to pay to ship these bad products back and not them.

I very rarely write negative reviews

I very rarely write negative reviews, but this company is above and beyond a very dishonest and shady company. The product doesn't work. The air cleaner is small and ineffective and each device gives off ozone, which is very unhealthy and not disclosed at the time of sale. I returned all the items to the company almost a month ago, and they are refusing to give me my refund and outright lying to PayPal to keep the returned merchandise and my money. I have never had such a negative experience with any company before. I highly recommend staying away and not buying from this dishonest and deceitful company.

In response to the reply from the company below, I contacted customer service before I opened the dispute with PayPal and followed the instructions given by customer service to return all the items. I contacted them again and they said they would issue a refund and never did. I contacted customer service yet again after I opened the dispute and never heard back. I still have not received my refund. The company received all of the returned items on March 12, 2026. I provided all the details to Labcharge customer service and to PayPal. I would ask that my rightful refund be issued. I will file a complaint with the BBB as the next step. I have never, ever had such a difficult time receiving a refund from any company after I returned all the items to the company. The company has all the merchandise back and wants to keep my money as well. Truly a dishonest and deceitful company all the way around.

Great service little machine

I like the size. I'm a very light sleeper. Although they are not loud I can still here them. I have a very small house 750 sq ft. I wish I'd have got 1 for all 5 rooms. I don't feel it removes odor as well as my large air purifier with just 2. I'm just wondering how long it will run non stop. I do really like the size and no filters
It's just different and will take time to adjust.

Recently received it and have turned on…

Recently received it and have turned on most of what I had ordered. I believe they are working, as they're humming along.
However, I didn't understand where the 3rd ring (filter) that you're supposed to wipe every couple of weeks is located, as it mentions it on the directions, but doesn't show where on the diagram.

Just to clarify, our Ionic Air Purifier does not use traditional filters. The “3rd ring” mentioned in the instructions refers to the collector plate area, which is the part that gathers dust and particles over time. This is the ring at the top of the unit.

I received my Labcharge and turned it on and it don't work

I received my Labcharge and turned it on. The battery ran out and I tried to charge it. The charge plug would not stay in the charging port and the charging port moves around in the unit. The unit no longer works. I highly suggest not buying anything from this company as emails and phone calls are ignored. Horrible company service and you are wasting your money.
