The sales transaction went smoothly. Since I live in Hungary I inquired in email first to find out whether the desired chemical substance is allowed to be shipped to my country and the answer was yes. So, I ordered the product and I received it in about a week. I received what I ordered. The only thing could be improved not by the company but this review site, to add a language selector to the very page that comes up first when I click on the URL link that the sales company sent me to fill it out, because without this option most international buyers will NOT fill out this questioner. I did because I am a curious IT guy and figured out how to do it on the main page, then searched for the name of that company and THEN did this review.

I received my product yesterday April 29. It corresponds to my order.
After my review here on Trustpilot, the company wrote me an email. They comfirmed my description and apologised.
I respect their fruitful effort to correct their mistake. I wish them succes in further improvements to run a sound and honest online business.

Ordered and payed November 2021. Money drawn from my bank account immediately.
Product never received. Now writing late April 2022.
Some friendly communication with plausable excuses. When I finally asked for my money back I never got any answer from them again.

I had ordered a product through there website. I was then told that the product i had ordered was not for personal use and therefore they were unable to ship the product to me. I have asked them for a refund on a number of occasions via email and now there is no contact back from them. SCAM

The order was delivered much later than scheduled. The follow-up was not satisfactory. 25 kg was ordered. 6 kg were sent and 5 kg were delivered.
