I have got to be honest, you have got to be the biggest clown we have ever faced as a company. Not only did you file a police report 1 (one) day after placing the order for being scammed while ordering from Bulgaria from a company from the Netherlands like a parcel is going to arrive in 1 day from that distance, do you think we will send your parcel with a rocket? You send us 10 times the same email on that day telling us we scammed you and that you have already paid. We told you that since its a bank transfer it could take a couple of days for the money to be on our account ( which it did 1 day later ) Of course you were not amused and kept telling us we scammed you. If that is the tone you want to set within 1 day and still expect top tier service you ordered from the wrong company. You could have just called or send an normal email asking us if the money had arrived and if we shipped it but you thought it was better to instantly file a police report withous us even having the chance to reply to your 10+ emails. If you had to wait a long time for the order we would atleast have some understanding of your reaction but a police report within a day.... wow...

Hi,
You ordered a chemical from us which is not allowed to be sold to individuals or to company's without permit. We have to ask for more details and a enduser declaration. Unfortunately prescription medicine and hormones can not be sold to anyone, im sure you understand. We do provide info about this on our website which you must have missed.
in our email to us we did ask for an enduser declaration which we did not get a reponse to, apart from this review. Which we find very unfortunate. I am sure that if you reply to our last email that this matter can be solved the correct way.

Nothing bad to say about the company at all. Make sure what you are ordering is legal in your country to import, but that has nothing to do with the company!

Long delivery without advanced notice
we have waited for one month for the goods to arrive, when it stated 2-4 days delivery on the site. after several calls and emails they told us its because they are moving warehouse, it certainly has caused disadvantages in our side but it would be better if they let us know about the delay and obstacle without being pushed by the client first..
I'd give 3 stars because all the goods are finally received safely. And I don't want to destroy someone's business. But from the experience, I would not order from this site again.

I am a university professor and I teach industrial and pharmaceutical chemistry, I am not a firm, at the time of the order you demanded total payment for sending the product ordered for 4 ampoules but instead you only sent n. 1 as you do with all customers (just read the negative reviews in Trustpilot). Furthermore, you are not producers, but you buy the products and then resell them. Furthermore, I have never threatened you but I have asked you to return the sum paid for the goods not received, warning you that if I receive nothing I will report you and I will forward the criminal complaint to the police station in your city

Funny how all your reviews are negative and all about other chemical suppliers. Get a life, you pretending to be some ''huge'' chemical supplier (with a non orginisation email) and therefore demanding extra privileges are just sad, and of course we did not fall for that from the beginning. Before even placing an order threatening with legal action and getting mad when we put 3 x 25 ml op backorder, of which you were informed beforehand are just funny to us. Of course your threats of comming to us and beating us up and calling us names doesnt make your order being complete any faster.

As I was read the reviews about this shop I was a bit torn. I thought about if I would like to order here or not. Some people called scam, others was very pleased. After my package had a delay I was really getting frustrated and because of this comments I really thought I got scammed... BUT... I was writing a mail to the shop and I got calmed down and I got told to be patient and just wait a bit. They even wrote mails after hours! They were friendly and reassured me about the package. I told them I had to go abroad and they offered to send it if I am back. But I received the parcel before I really had to leave even. I want to turn around and ask you guys to please be patient and not scream ''scam'' on trustpilot or elsewhere just because your package has a delay or something. It made me nervous and it can happen to other people too who have a first time order here. If anyone who first time orders has any doubts I can calm your nerves. Just be patient. It's good quality goodies and the support couldnt be more friendly. People who scream scam here are just very impatient. The communication here is bomb. Don't let yourself get insecure about the people who scream scam. I talk as a first time buyer... and how bad it impacted me in begin... don't throw the shop into the dirt because you can not wait for your package...!! fact is: I will always order again at your page guys, have a nice week - I was completely pleased. Quality like, customer service like.

One Item never arrived
I have ordered back in late August and one of the chemicals still isn't here. I have written a month ago where they stated that Carl Roth had trouble delivering it. Still no product until now. Not worth the trouble, the rest of the chemicals were okay.

Supportive and helping customer support.
My first package was lost due to negligence of GLS (the courier service). The guys at Laboratoriumdiscounter were kind enough to send a replacement package, which was then properly delivered by GLS. I did lose time, however, I have finally received my package. I would recommend laboratoriumdiscounter wholeheartedly.
