Received the order but need to be very patient
I received the books so I put 3 stars. However the parcel was not put fully in the mailbox and could have been easily stolen or damaged by the rain if I hadn't seen it randomly. I received no communication that it had arrived. Moreover, the website clearly states that they send the order within 24 hours. This is far from being true, it took one week for them to send the order. It is not a problem per se to wait, but to indicate that it will be sent within 24 hours is a lie and a dishonest commercial tactic. When putting the order it also indicated I would be delivered within a certain timeframe and it also did not happen.

Nightmare
I ordered a book on 5th December as a Christmas present. It didn't arrive. I went on the website and they had issued me with a gift card. That was the first I knew it wasn't arriving. I had to re-order using the gift card as I had no choice. It didn't arrive again and they issued me with another gift card. I asked for a refund but they have consistently refused to do this, issuing me with a gift card which I do not want. Clearly they want my money and without delivering the book. I have sent numerous emails to Emilie in customer services, including proof of the original payment. They are now ignoring me. Be warned. The same could happen to you. I will keep fighting to get my money back and i will never shop here again.
