Laced acts as the middleman between buyer and seller, offering a streamlined authentication process and timely delivery. To ensure each item is guaranteed authentic, Laced has a dedicated team of in-house authenticators that thoroughly check every item for authenticity and quality before it's delivered to the buyer.

Our Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order, you’ll need to email help@laced.com with your order number and reason for returning, within 14 days. Our team will then get back to you within 1-2 working days (although we aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours) and arrange a returns label for your order. The cost of the return (£9) will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Times

Our average delivery time is 6-12 working days. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll update you regularly and let you know as soon as possible if we or the delivery company expect any delays.

Jordan 4 black…

I ordered the new Jordan 4 black cats 2025. The original seller wasted my time in not sending the product but Laced put me to another seller to which my delivery came within 4-5 days. When putting me through to the new seller, they charged nothing extra from the original price. No defects shoe and the shoe came out how I expected . Legit checked and everything. Will be buying from Laced more often.

Sent order to wrong address

Sent order to wrong address. Was told that was the correct address even though my order confirmation email I received from Laced had the correct shipping address. Was then told to contact the courier myself which makes no sense as Laced sent the item! I asked for refund and have had no reply. Not happy.

Quick delivery, slight unsureness about authentication

My trainers came fairly quickly, look new, and appear to be authentic – not sure about nike being on the back but jordan on the bottom though for 2025 gs – other than that the previous shoes I bought from here previously do look authentic so I am happy. They are also a good price.

The platform itself is good but…

The platform itself is good but logistics and customer support are terrible. I've had multiple pairs seemingly lost by the company when shipped to them on 2 separate occasions. Weeks go by without a proper update apart from 'we've contacted the team.' I've had lots of successful transactions but also quite a few unsuccessful ones now.
