Initially I was a bit skeptical about ordering however after reading other trust-pilot reviews I gave Laced a chance. I wanted to order some Essentials Fear of God clothing and it was the added reassurance that Laced actually authenticated the item before it was shipped to me that gave me that vote of confidence.

The delivery took a few business days but received it all in good condition, brand new hoodie and with all the authenticate tags as well as a Laced tag stating it was authenticated. The only downside for me was the delivery cost was £9.99 however I think it’s justified considering sellers have to send it to Laced first and then the time and effort they put in to authenticate it before it is shipped gave me that piece of mind. Will definitely purchase from Laced again and also recommended to others already. Thank you

I ordered UK Size Men Nike trainer, however received UK Size 8 instead.Now I am trying since yesterday with customer service to arrange return and arrange right size.They asked to provide information, which I did yesterday and shared all photos too.Today they need more photos etc.This is waste of time and taking long to process return.This is not my fault that I have received wrong size and will wait extra week to get right item back.This was my my son s birthday present, it was very disappointed for him to get the wrong item.Customer service should be more responsive and efficient to resolve issues quicker.
