I ordered a glass adapter and an ispire wand. It was a great deal, couldn't find it cheaper anywhere. Had it within 9 days (holidays in between). I even got a free zipper case for the wand. Great!

Broke shipment promises: it took 14 Days.
Support is lying to customers.
They send wrong goods in package.

They advertised a product at a price clearly stating with taxes, but when you add the product to the cart the price changes. I took screenshots and documented everything and contacted their support, but the support staff just state that the price is what´s shown in the cart and that the price I was seeing was without taxes. But my screenshots and their own webpage clearly contradicted their statement as the price on the product page clearly stated that it´s with taxes, even though I attached proof in my email they still continued to claim that the price is without taxes. Will never order from these scammers again.

Ordered something which was supposed to be in stock, after 3 business days they e-mailed me saying they don’t have in stock, I asked for a refund and nothing, they ignore emails. On the website it still says in stock, avoid this store at all costs.

Edit: Got the refund after contacting the payment processor

I pre-ordered a Solo III. As I am a very impatient person and pre-orders can be delayed I wrote the customer service to ask about it and their response was very quick and professional. Big shout to LaCentraleVapeur. Keep on going dudes.

I had an item that arrived broken in the post, they immediately sent me a replacement and there was also an extra little gift in the parcel! Defintely will shop here again :)

I ordered something from this website and choose the 24h shipment. This i now 2 weeks ago and i never got the package. The customer service just wrote that there is nothing to worry because the package will arrive on the next day. 4 days ago they stopped answering my emails and i have accepted that my money is gone. The tracking number that i got from them isn’t working. This is just a scam, if you order from here you will just loose your money

I don't write a good review, when everything goes smooth, as it should be standard. LaCentraleVapeur bought their review from me with valuable freebies, and really fast delivery, which was actually faster than tracking updates.

They sent me a broken item and never replaced it. They then stopped answering my emails. Unprofessional and scammy.
