Unfortunately the lace top did not go with my dress. I ordered two tops, one took weeks to come which I understood with the current climate and wasn't a problem, the other was following in 10 days, which I cancelled. I returned the top and they were very quick to refund both and very helpful. The top itself was beautiful lace but not quite as the picture online, instead of sitting flat around the middle it was slightly elasticated which made it gape a bit and I was disappointed with the buttons at the back, they were slightly pink and not as nice as I feel they could have been for the price. But a beautifully made and presented top which with a different dress would have been beautiful. I was surprised and nervous to see the same pictures from their website on Etsy for other suppliers from Poland but my experience was great so I can't complain and would recommend them. Their website is professional and explains how they operate with suppliers from Poland, which is well known for producing beautiful lace.

I ordered 2 shrugs from the website, both in stock, as I have done for 4 years as a wholesale customer and stockist.
Items arrived, both wrong. Ordered shimmer tulle shrugs and was sent plain tulle.
Rang up to complain and was told they'd sent what I ordered, which they did not. Girl's attitude on phone was she couldn't care less. Was then told they didn't have the shimmer tulle in stock, couldn't tell me when they would either.
Have returned items and now awaiting refund. Will order from another company and won't be using Lacey Bell again.
Have used them for 4 years no problems. Since they seemed to have changed hands, and gone to selling online to the public, the attitude has definitely changed. They don't seem to care about their wholesale customers / stockists anymore. Not the way to treat people who have bought off them for years.

I’m sorry to give this review, but I’ve now emailed you 3 times about receiving the wrong item and only had one very short response asking for the detail I’d already sent you. My order no is 000003265, an Ivory Tulle Bridal Bolero size 18, however the parcel I received contains 2 black face masks.
I have heard nothing back since I replied to your email on Saturday 22nd May (first response I had from you) no apology of any sort from you and I have paid £49.99 + £2.99 shipping for the bolero which I ordered on 28th April and still not received it or an explanation as to where it is. I am not happy at all. I first emailed you on 16th May when I received the wrong item, which is now 10 days ago. I have received an automated response to all my emails saying you will contact me in 2 working days, which has not happened!
Please please please will somebody contact me with a resolution to this - I still want the bolero to wear at my wedding.
