Never heard a response to enquiry

I took the time to write a enquiry to purchase parts for my Nihola bike
I never received a response
A business that fails to respond, or get back after taking time to write a inquiry doesn't get my recommendation

Updated review
I received a response with a legitimate explanation for not getting a response to my enquiry plus additional 20% discount.
Can't complain with that

Great help when we had an urgent issue

We were visiting the CPH area and broke a wheel on our Croozer bike buggy. Thanks to Ladcycklen and the help of Johny we were able to get a replacement within 24 hours. This was really appreciated as it would have impacted our vacation as we needed the buggy to transport the dogs. In addition to that the store is great and has a huge variety of cargo bikes.
