I had some questions prior to completing my application. My questions where addressed timely and the customer service rep (BEN, I believe...?) was great. Once my questions were answered, approval and setup was a minutes and not hours long process. Done. Now we can move on with other more fun tasks!

Thank you for the feedback, Jimed. Happy to clarify! After you have accepted a term life policy with Ladder, the monthly premium will not increase during the term duration that you selected. This means that you do not have to worry about your premium changing at all as long as the policy is active! Hope that helps!

From start to finish, everything about Ladder's process seemed comfortable, intuitive, and compassionate. I found the application to be straightforward and easy to navigate. Likewise, communications from Ladder regarding expectations and timelines were fair and transparent. I'm very happy with my policy as it shaped out.
