The Toto is great. I am now able to put everything I need in one bag and not carry around 3(purse, laptop bag, lunch bag). It is a little heavy, but I'm attributing that to everything being in one bag. I'm happy with my purchase.

I'm giving 2 stars because I think the bags look fabulous but they are not worth the cost for how quickly they fall apart.
I bought my Bobobark in one of their Kickstarter campaigns believing the hype of this new luxury bag. It completely fell apart after about 2.5 years. I won't even carry it around anymore because, unlike leather which does age so well, the cork cannot stand up to repeated use, and it is embarrassing to take the bag to my business meetings. I've been carrying my laptop in my arms for 6 months until I find a new bag that I love.
I used the cork conditioner and the color paste religiously to no avail (in fact, I couldn't use the bag for a week after adding the color paste because it would come off on everything no matter how much I buffed it out).
I asked Laflore for support over Instagram -- could they fix the cork somehow, could they replace some of the cork panels that were the worst? But they offered nothing and in fact told me to just not condition it as often because that could be damaging it.
I've decided to go back to buying leather products simply because I can buy an expensive bag that lasts years, getting even better with age. This "sustainable" product turned out to be fast fashion, in my opinion. I can't even give it to Goodwill because I wouldn't want anyone else to pay money for it so it will be chucked into the garbage.

Bag is as quality and beautiful as ever! Been a big fan for years, bought the original bobobark way back when it was still on kickstarter, and the toto about 2 years ago now. I couldn't be happier now with the bebebark as my daily bag. Well made, high quality, and I love love love that they started selling the fix it kits, i have a bad habit of yanking on the handle of my toto and I've damaged the rings, but now it's an easy enough fix and my bag can return to looking it's best.

My LaFlore Story: After being charged twice for shipping, once by LaFlore then receiving a bill from fed ex, costing me time, energy, trouble to sort out, not to mention stress, for me, your customer, here’s what you thought would make this right… you gave me the fed ex amount as a refund, (and not ONE cent more for my trouble) so I can pay fed ex for you. Even though I sent you the bill, you don’t call them and pay it. Nope, you give ME the amount so I can do the work for you. Like I’m your accounts payable. Because THAT was easiest for… who? You.
Oh, and when I got that fed ex bill - that’s when I discovered these are just cheap bags made in China! And your response was, “yes, but we don’t source the cork in China they’re just MADE there.” WOW. Wow. No wonder my laptop bag buckles broke week 1 and I had to pay to repair.
Second, no one cares where you ‘source the cork’, where the cork tree GROWS. No one knows about cork but you. But we DO CARE about the artisan … who shouldn’t be in some sweat shop in China. They should be a proper French artisan’s as you claim. Is a coussaint that is made in China - but with French flour - the same as a coussaint MADE in France by French bakers? Is it even French? Or luxury? Worth a higher price? No it is not.
THAT is what we are paying for. THATS the luxury. NOT where the cork was sourced. The Craftsmanship.
No one wants anything “made” in China - do you? No. it’s never quality, it’s inferior, even if the materials were sourced in HEAVAN it’s about craftsmanship… French or European or American craftsmanship … EXACTLY as your video and website states.
THATS what you are selling. THATS the only thing that makes your bags luxury. The cork is the “hook” the craftsmanship is the “close” .
If I’m wrong, Then put it on your website loud and proud- MADE IN CHINA. If it doesn’t matter or affect the price point, If it doesn’t affect the quality of your customer or devalue the product, then Why not say it. Because You are selling “Paris” and you are selling french craftsmanship. THATS your product.
So, after all that, did you even try to rebuild trust or earn back my business, after two failed orders? Did you try to save a repeat customer, in a relatively new market, who just dropped $1000 on one order. Nope. Clearly my business doesn’t not matter to you.
There is always an opportunity to fix a mistake and save a customer. In today’s world where an unhappy customer can, and will, post on social media and leave bad reviews… and where a unhappy customer will no longer be your brand ambassador and send you business by word of mouth, and open and grow new markets FOR you, gratis, you are losing much more than the business of one customer. Rebuilding trust has monetary value to YOU. And frankly, it’s PRICELESS.
Thats just good business. no one ever forgets being treated well, with class. They forget shipping bills and broken buckles when YOU make them forget. A lovely positive cancels out a negative and has exponential growing power
It’s disappointing.

I tried to get the free gift when ordering and apparently didn’t do something properly but when I contacted customer service, they were so helpful and my new bag and gift arrived together!
