Laijkit Property Reviews

We hired Laijkit to do an inspection of a house we were considering buying and were extremely satisfied with the professional, detailed and prompt report and services we received. Daniel was very meticulous in his evaluation, provided advice on repairs and was available for follow-up discussions on any aspect of the report. He is knowledgable and willing to share that expertise so his clients get the most out of their services. I would recommend Laijkit without hesitation and will likely use their services again.

Daniel is very friendly, helpful and does a thorough analysis of the property.

Great service. Fast response & turnaround for the survey I needed. Easy to deal with Daniel & everything done without any fuss.

Very professional and efficient! Thank you for your work.

Used them twice and the house inspection report is detailed and easy to understand Very good service, doing all to meet the customers need. Helpful to explain any questions after. Highly reccommend this company.

Professional and quick, I would never consider property in Portugal without them

Mr. Larsen was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and congenial. He did a great job of explaining what he saw, and his report was very detailed. We could not be happier with his work.

This is my first house purchase in Portugal. Since houses in the country varying a lot by their condition, letting a structural engineer to analyze the house was a mandatory thing! Daniel was responsive by email and Whatsapp, he came before our appointment scheduled and brought extensive toolkit to test the house. I got a full report that will help me for years ahead to ensure the house is (and will be) in perfect shape and peace of mind knowing that I found a very good deal. I already recommend him to friends that buying a house and will use his services in the future.

Trustworthy team + in-depth report

This team was lovely to work with. Their communication was responsive, they were extremely thorough in their report, and they were able to identify some issues that I would never have caught on my own. If you're about to buy a home, don't think twice. Work with them ASAP!

Daniel was late for the appointment but took the time to inform us that he would be delayed. However after he arrived he went about his business checking the house and contents. He makes use of modern technology to help him with his work. He also explained to me what needed to be done so I would have a better understanding. Also giving pointers about cost. The report with pictures was concise and easy to follow and helped us make an informed decision. After the report I called Daniel to ask him if he could give me an estimate of the cost to do the repairs to which he also agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his services

Daniel missed several important issues. Also the ones he was informed about before the inspection. The report was sloppy and had a wrong date, wrong starting time, wrong version number.

We used Laijkit Property to carry out an inspection of a property we're looking to buy in Portugal. Daniel was extremely thorough and professional in his inspection and provided a lot of extra detail and advice on certain issues. He looked at everything from the heating systems, mold risks and sealant/grout issues, roof construction, and piping/plumbing. This gave us a lot of assurance and confidence in the house we were buying. I would recommend using Laijkit for home inspection services.

Fast and easy communication, I received a detailed report and very timely scheduling, great service!

Daniel was very thorough in his work and gave us a detailed report to help clarify all of our doubts. He also took the time to answer all of our questions, providing good explanation.

I asked for a survey to be done on a house I thinking about buying. This was completed very quickly and even done on a Saturday,
I asked a number of specific questions, they were all answered.
I had the report and photos on Sunday evening!
On the Wednesday I had a follow up phone cal to discuss the findings, I did not expect this.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Really good service and communication from Daniel and his team. I recommend it

Prompt communication, with detailed draft reports to review in advance, gives us a sense of the level of detail to expect (and importantly). A thorough job and the report reached us in 3 business days. I had one or two follow-up questions, and Daniel was very helpful and gave us good advice on addressing a few things in the future.

Very thorough inspection and clear, easy to understand report. Friendly and fast response time.

Seamless service, competitive pricing.

Inspector was very thorough with the content of the report and descriptions of potential issues. The inspection itself did not feel too long and the inspector was very accommodating to me as the client.
