Laijkit Property Reviews

Daniel was very good. Professional. Responded quickly. Kept us informed. Answered our Qs. Great follow up after the inspection.

They were very fast to respond and organize an inspection. I loved that they included potential fixes for all the issues they found!

Daniel was very thorough with the inspection of our house. He explained all of his findings in an easy-to-understand report. It gave us a sound piece of mind and a heads-up on what we should focus on moving forward. We truly appreciate your support. Thank you!

I have used Laijkit Property services twice now and have been very satisfied both times. They are professional, quick, and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone needing a property inspection in Lisbon.

Mr. Larsen made the process of my pre-purchase inspection really easy. Because I wasn't able to visit the condo before the P&S, it was important for him to coordinate with my broker. I asked to also have the building evaluated although that's not typically included for a condo, which he did free of charge. The report was delivered within 48 hrs. in English, it was very detailed and was accompanied by photographs of damages observed.

Don't look any further - just work with Daniel.

We were in search for a professional to help us with a pre-purchase inspection for our new home. I am incredible grateful that we found Daniel for that. His work and diligence is great and took any doubt away that we had about our big investment. At the same time he revealed prior unknown flaws to us that we now can fix before damage occurs. This alone would deserve the 5 star rating.

BUT what amazed me is that Daniel goes way above and beyond for his clients when it comes to response time, making appointments and in general with his communication. His English is great and if you are looking for an reliable architect you don't have to go any further.

After this great experience we even went further and are currently planning our extension for the house as well as the instalment of a new heating system with Laijkit Property.

Team responded quickly and efficiently. I had my final report within a few days. It was thorough and just what I needed.

Daniel was really good, responsive and super helpful. We used for to inspect the appartment we're buying and are super happy
We strongly recommend his company

Daniel and the team did an excellent job inspecting the condition of the 2 bedroom apartment in Cascais, Portugal I was purchasing. I requested the final report to be completed the same day which they did. It was incredibly helpful to have the information before signing the promissory contract the next day.

In another life I eas a realtor and worked with a few really great home inspectors. Britt was quick to contact me after I reached out . We had a property that we fell in love with through pictures on a real estate site. My husband was picking out tile and making plans. We knew that the property needed work. The listing agent said we would be able to live in it while the renovations took place. We drove several hours to get there and met Britt and Daniel and a realtor. Wow! It was in such bad condition. The agent told us that it had been vacant for 7 years! Needless to say it would have to be totally gutted. Britt and Daniel communicate well, they are very down to earth. Their fee is worth what they charge. We will definitely use them again for our next inspirational.

I was extremely impressed by the speed and completeness of communication, the professionalism of the work, and the price that we paid for the services delivered. Laijkit Property provides an excellent value and service for people who are seeking pre-purchase inspection.

Daniel and his team were delight to work with. Very professional and very thorough.

I had really great experience with Laijkit Property, i need to make the inspection urgent, and less than one week before Christmas, I managed to schedule the inspection in one day, and on the next day, Daniel was here. The inspection took about two hours, he did a full inspection of the house, followed by a short consultation and I received a detailed response with pictures a few days later (I think the inspection was Friday evening, and the report was done on Monday already). I am very happy with the experience and will definitely contact Laijkit again if I need a home inspection

Daniel (and his assistant Britt) were excellent to work with. This is the second project he did for us, and we would use them again.

Simply put: Superb, I would happily recommend to anyone needing a house inspector.

Long version: Daniel was quick to answer all my questions, even the dopey ones with the highest professionalism. The inspection report (I received within a few days) was everything I wanted/needed and more. Including helpful advice /estimated future repair costs etc.

It was money well spent to ease my mind before completing the purchase of our house. Top man. Obrigado

Proffessional, reliable, fast and efficient, serviceminded are some of the words I think of. Nothing to say which was not to our full satisfaction.

Daniel and Britt provided a great house inspection service, promptly, and for a good price. The report was comprehensive and clear to understand. Would happily work with them again.

Communication was fast and efficient. The survey was scheduled quickly, this conducted on time and professionally. The survey report produced well within the stated timescale and was clear, concise and easy to understand.
