Shower Surround and Tray fitted 7 years ago. Surround and hinges started to corrode after 5 years. Shower tray cracked after 7 years at which point we had had enough and claimed on the so called Lifetime Guarantee. Lakes phoned once somone called Craig and he was told the problems , we will phone you back they didnt. Emailed the company and given another run around.and the same Craig replied They refused to honour the guarantee ,as we had used a much stronger timber support for the upstand for the Shower tray. Nothing on their website or in their catalogue saying you must use their upstand kit with their Trays. If that was true , they should only sell the trays with the kit . They ignored the corroded shower surround compliant. DO BUY ANTHING FROM Lakes , quality is poor in the extreme and the Guarantee is useless.

Great products really do what they claim to do which is reassuring these days as there are so many other products out there stating they give the best cleaning experience when in fact they don’t and time and energy is wasted on them. AllClear was a breeze to use and such great results seen in a short time. It was a pleasure to clean the shower doors which has been neglected for quite some time and a task I was dreading. But, one application and a bit of effort produced an amazing finish.

I have a Lakes Bathroom shower screen that I purchased around 15 years ago which is still in perfect working order but I wanted a new lower seal. I phoned and spoke to a guy in lakes bathrooms who was ever so helpful, he guided me to the online site where I could order my replacement parts, I ordered my parts on the Monday and they were on my doorstep Tuesday lunchtime all very well packaged and they had even included some extra parts free of charge that were not listed on their site that I also required. I can not fault the service I have received from start to finish, highly recommend lakes bathrooms.

I purchased a replacement seal for a shower door. As an original rather than pattern part it fitted perfectly. The part arrived within 24 hours.

I am so impressed with this company after having a small problem with fittings they went out of there way to solve this very quickly. I would highly recommend them and there very pleasant and helpful staff.

In response to a problem with the shower frame, recently installed, a Lakes person was sent out to assess the problem. He decided that a replacement was required, and completed removal and installation. Our thanks to a job well done.

I have recently been in touch with Lakes Showering Spaces via their customer services team. I was seeking help with identification and provision of a number of spare parts needed to refurbish my shower enclosure.
The support provided was exemplary - the best I have encountered from any company I have ever dealt with.
E mails were responded to politely and promptly with the staff I dealt with going out of their way to be helpful - simply outstanding

have been speaking and emailing Stuart from Lakes over the last few days with a problem I have with my Lakes shower screen which about 12 years old.
I can’t rate Lakes high enough for the time and advice Stuart gave me.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would award then 10 stars if that was possible.
Stuart has now solved the issue.
