Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Garbage products, argued over email about full refund.
They eventually agreed if I send goods back which I did. Goods got to China and they refused them.
So I have the crap back and no $ refunded. Final insult the email address doesn't work anymore.

I would give them ZERO as a Rating, they do not respond to refund requests. 3 Months after returning I can not get a response from them. Buyer beware, read all their reviews prior to purchasing from this company!!

This company engages in false advertising and if you try for a refund you have to send the product back to China at your own expense before they will even process your refund (if indeed they do). I purchased a straw beach bag (ample room to fit your towel, sunscreen and all your beach gear), it turned out to be 25cm x 25cm, barely large enough for a phone and sun glasses. They haven’t changed the description on the web. The bag had no brand name or tags, was cheap and nasty and was certainly not a beach bag. You can’t escalate your refund request and you get stonewalled when you try to negotiate anything except their party line. Their policy is to NOT provide any return mail costs for returned items even though their item was totally different from that advertised. This is a big scam.

I requested a refund but they refused as they said it was was shipped
The tracking number didn’t come up in the system so they resent it and got an email with original tracking number - rubbish
And I ordered a jump suit which is actually a darn dress - false advertising

If I could give negative stars I would. I viewed the website before purchasing and it said they were based in ACT. Good I thought, an Australian business.

I didn't receive the items after 8 days like they stated and the tracking information they provided was sketchy, so I started a claim through Paypal. I received the items on the day that they were expected to respond. The items look like something you would expect to see at a cheap Asian market. They are 100% polyester, not 100% cotton, and they are way smaller than the size chart shown on their website.

The return address is also strange: 177 Jianlan Road, diagonally opposite to the south gate of Lubao Technology, Yinzhou District Ningbo Zhejiang 315100 China.

I have started a second claim through Paypal and notified the ACCC.

STAY AWAY!!!!

AVOID they are located in China and mislead customers on their website to believe they are in Australia. They use same photo for clothing and their quality is absolutely disgusting cheap and horrible. They are not based in ACT
I have lodged a complaint to fair trading and ACCC. Avoid the headaches

Scam site. Just lost $125. Do not purchase from these scammers. No contact from them regarding a refund. Products come directly from China and are absolute rubbish :(
