We found our full structural to be very thorough with photographs, clear indication of costs and he spotted minor defects which we had missed. Daniyel also assisted in clarifying some points with our solicitor after the report had been recieved. Much better than ouor last full structural survey and produced quickly within about a week.

I arranged a snagging survey. I then had to pay extra for an urgent delivery of the report. The survey failed to pick up so many things. The survey report was to be attached to my sales contract so it was a critical report. I picked things the surveyor missed, and once I moved in an incident caused an injury which led to a further survey being needed from another firm. The second firm was outstanding and delivered a superb report the next morning. It clearly shows how much was missed. I have complained and asked for a refund and sent chasers for the complaints policy. They simply fail to respond. What an awful service.

After searching online for hours found this company (via a recommendation). Spoke to Donna a few times & found her competent, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.Everything was booked in and a level 3 report was delivered efficiently by Daniel. Couldn’t be more pleased. Competitively priced and able to speak to Daniel about some of the issues found. All in all a good service & would recommend to anyone.

We are impressed by the level 3 report from Danyiel Munir with whom we also had a lengthy telephone conversation to discuss issues raised. Moreover he produced his report in very good time, taking account of our own constraints. Donna was professional, accessible and helpful. I would recommend them.

We were after a building surveyor and decided to go with Lamar Surveyors. Availability was impressive, with the appointment booked within a week. The report received from Daniyel was very detailed and captured several minor defects in the property we did not initially pick up. All in all a highly competent service was provided, we had a positive experience from beginning to end and I would be very happy to recommend.

So many errors in report - they asked me to amend it myself.
If I wanted to rely on my own views, I wouldn't have instructed surveyors for a report!

Very efficient when contacted, easy to communicate with. The surveyor made a thoughtful assessment of a difficult problem and gave very valuable advice. Competitive fee.

Was promised report on specific date and it ran late by few days - was able to work with that, however disappointing. I've had a very good relationship with the vendor by phone, and the report did not quite marry up with the ergonomics of the house? Seemed to be a few 'copy and paste' comments, as things like rugs on floors, did not exist in the house, and the electric box location was not correct. Overall I think the report was rushed, and the actual inspection was under 40 mins! Therefore I'm middle of the road with this review. Would I use them again, probably not unfortunately, as I expected more accurate info. Donna was however very very helpful.

I paid nearly £1,000 to have a survey done quickly. After purchasing the house it transpires that there is a cockroach infestation in the kitchen, which was not mentioned in the report. The local authority pest control said that this should have been shown in the report.

I found this company online, they were able to move quickly for my Homebuyers Report so all good 👍

My husband found this company online when we urgently needed a surveyor. I know they are in demand, but overall I found the tone to be a bit arrogant. After half a day we manage to book with this company. Donna the lady we booked with is an absolutely delight, she cares about people, and it really shows. Everything was booked/paid and planned in 30 min. Very happy.

Daniyel Munir carried out a survey on a flat for myself and my wife. He did the job with great care and thoroughness and was happy to talk through the written report on the phone. He drew our attention to certain things which in the end persuaded us not to buy the flat, though he was careful to give a balanced picture of the pros and cons. I would recommend him highly.

Not impressed, didn’t notice water damaged floorboards in kitchen or brown damp patches on ceiling. Completely left out 3m roof extension condition even though included in their Ts &Cs. Had to email twice to get a call with surveyor Daniyel Munir to get this written into the report which had spelling mistakes. Ok if on a £640 budget but wouldn’t recommend
