I have recently brought two sheepskin rugs from Lambland. they are of a fantastic quality one in red and the other in purple . Beautiful colours I would highly recommended this company

A super company. I have been buying sheepskin slippers for many years from lambland. This year I ordered some to be sent to my friend overseas and they got caught up in the disaster that is brexit and the new rules about sending items through the post. The result was that I had an email with a shipping update to say that they were being returned to lambland. I contacted lambland by phone and they were brilliant and gave me the option of an instant refund or replacement - luckily I was about to visit my overseas friend and asked for some slippers to be sent to my address which is exactly what happened. I didn’t have to jump through hoops and provide masses of evidence they just sorted out the problem very quickly and without fuss which is a true sign of a reputable company- it’s often what a company does when something goes wrong that makes them stand out. On this rare occasion there was a problem because of brexit and lambland sorted it and made it ok easily. I also like it that they are easy to get hold of on a phone number that doesn’t cost a fortune or keep you in a queue for hours. Thanks lambland!

Superb quality and beautifully made. Order came within two days and am delighted with my ochre sheep bobble hat. Customer service was excellent and replied immediately to my query. Thank you Lambland.

I ordered a hot water cover as a Christmas gift. I contacted the company when the goods didn't arrive to discover I had foolishly provided the wrong post code.
Paul and Matt immediately sent out another one. My daughter-in-law loves it. Thank you for great customer service and product.

I bought super soft foxy Dave toy which cost £8.33 but the postage was £8.39 which seemed excessive as the to weighs very little I live in South London so not far.

I recently ordered a leather multi zip waist bag which can be doubled as a cross body bag! The quality of the leather is amazing and at such a competitive price.
I found the item under the Fruugo website and got introduced to Lamb land. I will deal with them direct in future.
I use a competitor down here in Cornwall namely Celtic and co. They’re far more expensive for similar items.
There were a few hiccups dealing with the Fruugo website but now I’m dealing with them direct it’s far more efficient.
I cannot praise Melissa the Office manager and content creator enough for her customer service.
This is a third generation family business established 1961 that deserves support.

I absolutely love this jacket ! Treated myself to a Ladies Aviator finished sheepskin after looking at several other UK sellers. I’m quite petite so didn’t want anything too bulky (size 8-10)
I ordered an 8 online, direct from Lambland and it’s spot on. Very well made. A quick note about chemicals and such like... i’m intolerant/allergic to some hair dyes and have reactions to the dye on leather handbags (seriously) This seems fine... no tongue tingling after trying it on and wearing it for a while 👍
Arrived promptly next day delivery.
Very happy. Glad to support UK company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I ordered via Amazon before Christmas, for delivery to Dublin via virtual UK address. I emailed to say nothing had arrived, Paul asked for my address in Dublin and 3 days later I had a replacement package. That is above and beyond, and exemplifies what customer service should be. The goods are also high quality and exactly as advertised.

Over the past few years I have purchased many pairs of moccasins from Lambland all without issue fast delivery and correct, recently a pair purchased May 2020 developed a fault they sorted the problem within a few days great company highly recommended.

Do not order from this company. Orders fail to arrive and customer service from some guy called Paul is utterly dreadful. Worst company I have ever ordered from online. Stay away from them, you will lose your money and get ignored by them for months. Waste of space!

I just wanted to say this company are fantastic, lots of my nephews presents didn’t arrive on time due to the Christmas postal rush but these slippers weren’t supposed to come in time for his birthday on Sunday when I ordered them it said either Tuesday or Wednesday but they actually came on Saturday which was a lovely surprise as even gave me plenty of time to wrap them. He loves the slippers and the size fitted perfectly too, they look great, I am very impressed and happy 😃

Beautifully made digger gilet for my grandson, really well made, he's mad on diggers, so I know he will love it, very good customer service, there was no problem when I needed to change original for a smaller size, just love the quality would recommend

I ordered two items from this website, received just one, no idea what's happened to the other item. I'm guessing it's to do with the parcel delivery company & despite sending numerous emails I've not even had a response. I wouldn't use this company again & certainly don't recommend them.

Ordered item but it hadn't turned up after 11 days so contacted the shop the response was amazing explained what had happened and the very next day a replacement arrived its customer service at its very best would recommend this shop to anyone who would be interested in quality service

I ordered a pair of moccasin slippers a few weeks ago and they turned up quite quickly. However, big problem - wrong design and wrong color! The slippers which arrived were advertised as being camel in color but they were pale pink and the design that was sent was not the one I ordered or as nice. What a mess!! However, they are only slippers so I ended up keeping them. It is such a hassle these days returning something that I gave up. BUT Lambland u couldn’t have got it much more wrong than that!! Buck up!!
In their favour I have to say the slippers fitted and are quite comfortable now they have ‘given’ a little.

Ordered Earthing Moccasins as just wanted good quality moccasins without lining, ie just like the original design of moccasins.
Arrived within 2 days, helpful advice was given when I made pre order enquiry re sizing.
These truly are the most comfortable fitting moccasins I have ever worn! Like a second skin!!
No doubt in recommending this company.... British made product too 👍
