After week of waiting (products…
After week of waiting (products should’ve arrived in two days) I’ve decided to call them and see what happened. They simply told me that it’ll actually take month and half to arrive like it’s normal. Of course immediately I asked to cancel the order and till now didn’t see any confirmation or money.

Broken lamps delivered. I had prebooked an appointment with handyman to install the lamps which I had to rebook

Thank you for your evaluation. I am sorry to learn that your order did not arrive in a good condition. For this reason i advise everybody not to order a handyman before the order arrived. Order can arrive damaged, or get lost, or it can happen that you do not like the lamps upon arrival.

something happened with delivery
I had a non pleasant experience that GLS didn’t deliver my parcel with Lamps (either they lost it or they left on a street and someone stole it). The team from Lampen24 did great- they issued the credit note right away and arranged for me the new delivery. They will further investigate with GLS what happened. I really appreciate it and i think this is an example how the company need to take care of its customers. Thank you!

The screws that came with the lamp didn’t fit. A bit ridiculous considering that the lamp cost 90euros.

in my order there are missing part and they send in different packages.I can not find the product now. In the system I can not see which product you sent which you have not.

No delivery even after 2 weeks
The page says delivery in 3 days, been two weeks and nothing.

Bad experience …
A year ago I had a not very pleasant shopping experience, but ok I thought try again. Thing is your order always come in separate packages in different times, and there is nowhere in your account to check whether certain items is delivered or not. This time after weeks I have got my ordered lamp, no bulbs arrived, so I emailed customer service, they told me one set of the bulbs I ordered was delivered. Didn’t see them. I decided never shop here again.

Dear customer, We had some critical questions for you which you did not answer until now. First you make a return ticket online and return the items to us. After that we processed you informed us that you did not receive your complete order. Normally customers complain first that the received an incomplete order. We like to solve the problem with you, but if you do not answer our questions, we cannot help you.
