Nice and affordable products!
I ordered four ceiling lamps. Everyting was as expected. On of the lamps got delivered a little bit damaged but it was something that was easily fixed.
The costumer service was very helpful and ready to assist me with the issue.

The lamps are so beautiful. There was a hiccup on the delivery, one of two pendants was missing. But they reacted quickly and sent us the missing piece soon. We're very happy with our new lamps.

Have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my lamp. Don’t trust their estimated delivery times mine ended up being returned as they were sent to my old address ages after I actually moved out because they promised to deliver within the week…. Absolute mess

I order this light Rail system Lumaro, spotlights, pendant, 7 lamps, black, 48V, dimmer.
As per my experience the light quality is poor, in 40 mins one light got fuse and remote not working. plus rail has some scratches, plus one tuble light is not painted well.

Good buying experience, dissapointment logistic
The buying experience was really good, but then, the timing was just wrong. First I had a week delivery time, then 2 weeks, then, 1 month. I was with no lights at home. Then I called them yo ask for a partial delivery and they agreed on it. Then nothing happened. Then I called again and they said "on Monday". My lamps arrived after 1 month on Wednesday (part) and the rest on Thursday. Beautiful lamps. Logistically a mess
