The product which I opted to wait for…
The product which I opted to wait for more than 2 weeks, just got refunded back to me because apparently the courier lost it and missed to ship. When they refunded, they also confirmed they found the product but then they cannot ship it back again. I already waited for it even if it took longer to ship than the rest of my purchase only to be refunded back. Now I need to buy it again, but my resolve is not to buy it from them anymore because of this experience.

I am very dissatisfied
I am very dissatisfied, because more than two weeks ago I ordered a lamp – a simple black floor lamp. The package was split into two parts. After a few days I received the lamp itself, but I am still waiting for the remaining part – the stand.
I have tried to contact customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I am disappointed.

The lamp is beautiful, it feels sturdy and of good quality, our only issue was to install it, didn't find it that easy to do so and instructions didn't help as much, but once we were able to do, super happy with the lamp
