I bought a desk 9th of Jan from lamp twist because the website said delivers in 1-2 weeks
Jan 23 I had not received a shipping notification so I reached out and the response was JUNE.
I can not wait that long so I requested a refund , tried to call and no answer!! They have completely blanked my messages

WARNING - there website is not accurate and there is no one to speak to!

Do not order anything from this company! What a nightmare

I would like to send my opinion and experience about my order from lamp twist. It is so slow and weak cervice. E mail took several days or weeks. There is no contact numbers at all. And one more point that you have to consider before you decide to order some lamp: please be ready to pay more. I place an order 4 different order and I keep paying till today, I didn’t get nothing and waiting when all madness finish. I paid 900$ till now. For shipping cost, for size of package and finish taxes. I hope I never order from that company anymore.

I ordered a lamp from Lamptwist over 2 months ago and have not received it. I have chased every week and they basically don't have a customer service department so responses take a week. They told me that the delay was because of delays from the manufacturer but I called up the manufacturer who said there were no delays from them. I am beginning to think Lamptwist are a scam company. Avoid!

Terrible experience. Purchased an expensive light (e.g. approx USD$700). Approx 2 months later, no lamp had been received and no communication from LampTwist. I asked for an update and they said they dont have a date from their supplier and their supplier is not responding. After 2 weeks of back and forth, with no indication of a likely date of delivery, I requested a refund. They would not provide a refund - only a discount on the purchase of another product or continue to wait indefinitely (with a small discount). Not unreasonably these options were not suitable to me - as I needed a light and I wanted that specific light. They had sold a light they did not have. They still refused to provide a refund. Ultimately, I then needed to dispute the transaction via my credit card issuing bank (for 'goods not received'). Thankfully, that process worked and I have been refunded by my Bank in full, and Lamp Twist has been required to refund the money anyway, via the banking system.

Bad communication.
They do not reply to queries and promise things they do not deliver.

1/ the item looked ex display. Dusty/ marked/ poorly packaged.
2/ One of the shades was knocked and broken on it’s edge.
3/ One the bracket was broken.
4/ Unexpected import duty charge.

no negative remarks. The lamp I ordered came on time and worked fine.

Fine product fast delivery, once again!

The lamps were great the Kizu portable easy to charge solidly built and a joy to use
The Winkel 227 came with a transformer and an adapter to insert the plug of your choice despite the instructions showing a uk adapter there wasn’t one
I contacted customer services( Louise) who was completely disinterested and said they only supply a euro plug and that I could buy a plug converter for it!
Brilliant so I have a beautiful lamp which has a n adapter plug on the end, does kind of ruin the aesthetics
If they won’t supply a Uk adapter why bother to supply the UK
Rubbish customer service and general could give a damn attitude , which for backup to a premium product was very disappointing

I always wanted a cuckoo clock as my
Dad always had them.
This is a beautiful cuckoo clock, I love the story of the inspiration from feeling the cuckoo was lonely so designing it to have a friend. It’s not just a clock but a work of art and fits perfectly in my space.
