Before sending off my boots for repair I had a very helpful conversation with LSR about exactly what was required. I was told to expect they would not be ready for several weeks due to a high volume of work. LSR emailed when the boots were ready and sent them out on a date that suited me. They look as good as new and I am thrilled that a 26 year old pair of Lady Brashers will give me many more walking years of good service.

Sent my Aku walking shoes to LSR to be re-soled. The customer service was excellent and the shoes were returned well within the time frame I had been advised. The quality of the repair appears excellent and my shoes look almost as good as new. I have worn them half a dozen times since they were repaired and they are going strong. A well worn pair of shoes have been given a new lease of life. Thank you.

LSR repaired my Marmot padded coat. They replaced a panel which had a 3 inch tear. The repair is excellent and the service was just great. We paid for the express service and the coat came back in a week. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I really thought I had destroyed my very expensive Klim goretex trousers when I ripped them right across the knee but the work of LSR is unbelievable - it is almost impossible to spot the repair and the goretex is still 100% waterproof.

I have just received back my Seasalt coat which had a large rip on the sleeve. The repair is fantastic - it won’t be noticed and is waterproof. Thank you LSR. I am delighted that I don’t have to buy a new coat - it was only a few weeks old!

Cant see the repair and was a very fair price.

Sent a northface puffer jacket with a tear to the shoulder for repair and received it back today.
There was a two week turnaround and the jacket had come back looking absolutely perfect. No evidence at all that it had been damaged. Would highly recommend… Can’t thank you enough!

I’d sent my north face jacket that had a hole in an awkward place and I didn’t think anything could be done. But LSR managed to fix it and it looks brand new. I am so thankful I can finally wear it again.

Warning on the economics of resoling boots. LSR resoled a pair of my Scapa four season boots with lighter inferior vibram soles without my knowledge. They wore out in only eight months, whereas the original soles had lasted me 10 years and my walking habits haven't changed. It's not clear from LSR's website when they don't fit original soles. In my case the money would have been much better saved towards the next new pair.

I got my deerhunter Jacket back this morning from LSR repairs. And I am amazed with the work. You can't even see where the damage to the jacket was. Totally gobsmacked. I wish I could put a before and after photos up. Thanks David

After some searching for someone to resole my Hanwag boots, I opted to send them off to LSR. Both the soles and mid soles had worn through on my boots.

The website gave a clear estimate of the time to return my boots and whilst it took around 13 weeks I knew this when I sent them off.

The sole and midsole was replaced and the boots still appear to be waterproof. They also look good as new.

Overall pleased with the repair.

I sent my unworn Fjallraven down parka in for assessment and they said that it would be possible to have the bottom section removed and the drawstring refitted, the coat was far too long, they managed to do it! So happy! I can’t wait for the colder weather! They done an amazing job, really happy with it, another first class service from LSR, I’ll be back (again) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic repair and support and comunication. Highly recommend i struggled to find the repair to my tent it was so good. Price was really good as well.

what a brilliant job LSR did in repairing a tear to my Craghoppers waterproof jacket, it was well worth the wait. I will definitely recommend them.

I had a pair of boots dating back 15 years that had travelled to Mt Everest and back with me, the sole fell apart on both boots due to age and hardcore use......... ( Oh yes I'm hardcore ) LSD repaired them for me and I have to say they are nearly as good as new I am so happy with what they have done - I am yet to try them but I'm sure they will be as good as they look - Long wait but well worth it ! 6 Stars from me LSD...!

The technicians at LSR, repaired my La Sportiva Trango climbing boots and they are know like new!

From the first time I contacted them the service was excellent, advising me what repairs could be done, amazing service, the boots needed a new mid sole rebuild. Received the boots back by secure postage. The boots are good as new.

LSR repaired and replaced the main zip on my Rukka Nivala motorcycle jacket. It was still under warranty but would have to go back to the manufacturer in Finland, quoting a 12 week turn around

The zip that LSR put in was far superior to the standard zip being much heavier and waterproof. The jacket gets used all year round on active duty with North West Blood Bikes, so gets hammered.

LSR were exceptionally efficient turning it around quickly and the repair was much cheaper than I expected. The quality of work was outstanding

Pleased with the repair, cleaning and rewaterproofing to my Ronhill running jacket. Turnaround was slower than expected but this appears to be down to demand for the highly sought after service they provide. All communication was friendly and responded too very promptly. No problem at all recommending LSR and thank you for sorting out my much loved running jacket.
