we came to landbay late in the day on a modern auction purchase after previous lender let us down. underwriter (David F) was superb, totally got the urgency of the situation. can't expect that sort of response on every case but he totally understood it was needed on this case. massive appreciation from us as the broker and the clients is now massively impressed by landbay. couldn't ask for any more.

The Product transfer was seamless and the client was very happy with the service.

I worked with Jon Braddick and various support staff for 2 x BTL's PT's. The level of the support is really positive and helpful and a definite plus of using Landbay this level of customer service.

We reached the outcome we wanted! Parts of the process were quite lengthy and a little frustrating (which is why I have not given a full 5 stars) however I chose Landbay as a lender as they were lending outside of the box and made allowances where other lenders would not, so you can't have it all! There were many hurdles that we overcame and we reached completion so my client was very happy!

Landbay are the most unprofessional lender i have ever known . I paid off a mortgage account 27th February this year and they still have there charge on the property which means that completion today was postponed . I then called to ask what is going on only to be told that they put the wrong title number on the DS1 so Head Office have sent it back asking for the right title number so more delays and no apologies . I have reported them to the Financial ombudsman so see how we get on .

He was so proactive and was able to underwriter and agree the cases in record time., the clients have a large property portfolio and having used other lenders in the past – the service really stood out as exceptional.

I have been so impressed with the overall service provided by Chris and Ian May and wouldn’t hesitate to use Landbay for any new cases.

This was a straightforward product switch. You requested a new valuation at significant cost and very detailed ID request despite the client being an existing client. The delays resulted in the client being on SVR for 1 month and the additional interest cost was avoidable in my opinion.
