Had a very good experience

Great experience from the first instance, a realistic valuation and got people through the door, literally had an offer of asking price within weeks. Communication was great throughout and we were moved in good time, overall, as stress free as these things come and the knowledge of these guys is evident. Thank you!

In a congested market with all sorts of estate agents L&D estate agents stick out. They made every effort to make my sale smooth. I had 3 agents marketing it. We are so pleased with the services provided by L&D estate agents for our home purchase. Jon and Daniel were very reliable and professional. They were regularly following up and updating us. They were always at the end of the line when we have queries. They were very honest and didn’t give us false hope. Situation was stressful towards exchange of contract and completion date but they communicated and assisted us until the end. Hats off to Daniel for being so helpful and friendly from initial house viewing until we got our keys!

From the viewing with Daniel to retrieving the keys from Jon, our whole experience with L&D has been excellent. We had a great experience selling our house with L&D. Viewings were structured to a time that suited us and conducted professionally and efficiently. Jon really took control of our sale progression and communicated with all in the chain. Moving and selling is definitely stressful but L&D made it as easy as possible for us.
