Samar responded to my request to fix an electrical fault in a built in wardrobe. He tested the system, identified the problem and recommended a solution. He did this with great charm. Samar was excellent, fast and accommodating. He fitted several radiators plus removed old outdated ones. He made sure to clearly and politey explain why certain configuration of them around the house could overload the circuit which I really appreciated as this wasn't something I was not familiar with.
