Let down by British Gas under our, so called, insurance policy. Yesterday was promised response this morning only to be told today that they could not fulfil despite numerous messages saying engineers visit on schedule. Rang Samar and he was here within the hour very thorough exam and tested everything to establish why power cut off. Problem solved all done in an extremely professional and a very pleasant way.
