Package lost?
First time that I ordered from a website that uses Landmark Global as their shipping partner. The company I ordered from contacted me on March 18, told me my order was on the way and will arrive by April 1st. Got a tracking number (LTN360646299) and it shows no movement since then. Product is not available anymore and can’t be resend. Would love to know what happened to my order.

I ordered a stuff from Yesstyle and it was sent through this company. On March 20 there was an update that my parcel was handed over to the courier and a tracking number [deleted ] was issued. After 6 days, on March 26, my tracking number changed to [deleted], however, there were no updates regarding my departure route. This continues to this day. Why is my parcel not being sent to its destination but just sitting in the warehouse I guess?
UPD: after all my parcel was shipped, but the problem was solved through Yesstyle client support

My parcel got stuck in Belgium and has not moved in 10 days. No movement, no updates nothing. Tracking status says „Parcel ready for dispatch” for 10 days. No idea if the parcel is lost or just stuck. I’ve ordered from Asia a few times in the past and had no issue, this was my first order form yesstyle and I had no idea they use some shift company got their shipping.

"I ordered a package from YesStyle. Everything went smoothly until Landmark Global got the package. Since then, it has been stuck at a partner facility in Belgium, which seems to be very common. When I contacted YesStyle, they told me that it’s not their problem.

I ordered a package from yesstyle and it was dispatched on Feb 16, it said it would arrive by march 1. It is now almost 3 weeks later and i still have no package and tracking has not been updated since Feb 22. It says its being grouped at partner facility EMC-Brucargo. Horrible delivery service
Absolutely awful delivery service. I placed an order with Yesstyle (I'm from Poland), and the delivery hasn't received an update since 25th February. Tracking number is 520115011235302900102255. It just says it's in Belgium. Where is my package? I've been waiting for over a month. What a joke.

Amazon did make it right for me, as much as they could, of course. They cannot buy the lost time back.This is insane that Amazon uses such an unreliable shipper.

Package sent on 6th December (original tracking number: LTN341590984) didn't get through Czech customs and was then sent back to the UK on 16th Jan (return tracking number: LTN351449759). However, it's been over 2 months now and I've still not received or heard anything, with it last noted to be stuck in Belgium on 25th Feb. I've tried reaching out by phone a number of times and have been unable to get through to anyone.

❗️edit: Guys please complain loud and clear! On the same day that ive sent a complaint to yesstyle about no info on tracking they have sent the package. I dont think that its just an accident. Ive received the package now but the 1* review will stay the same.
Sadly i didnt read the reviews before ordering from yesstyle. Im from Poland and my package has been stuck at „ready for dispatch” in Belgium since 27 February 2025 and i havent received any info since then. Ive spent almost 100$ and i dont think ill be getting anything. The support team doesnt answer questions about tracking either

Worst shipping service ever. Reviews speak for themselves. Package stick in Brussels for more than a week. To the company : dont respond to this saying it has been delivered or contact the vendor. YOU are the problem, go and fix it.

Stuck in Belgium ... seems to be a common occurrence.
I feel sorry for the retailers/distributors using this delivery partner as I imagine that lots of people will not be placing repeat orders because of delivery partner.
I'm a returning customer of Belier (Mens Fashion Brand) and received previous delivery's from UK to UAE in 4 days via DHL.
My current package with Landmark Global has been stuck in Belgium.

Impossible to contact anybody at Landmark for help. The fact that on their contact form says "any enquires about tracking updates will not be answered" shows that issues with deliveries must be a common issue.
