The item is only barely functional
The item is only barely functional. It is not misrepresented per their video ad— but this in itself is misleading. You cannot touch your head at all using this device (and a big part its purpose for the user may involve this). You have to just fluff gently from a distance. (As the model does, thus technically not misleading, but also not at all what is expected from a tool like this.) To elucidate, many users may want to create messy styles with this, and that involves touching the device to one’s head. The instant that happens with this device, the magnetic connection fails and the unit falls to the floor. As such, the device does not deliver the expected functionality. It’s garbage.

The hair tools are top notch. I have found love for my hair again. No more frumpy mama hair! The products are great and I got my order rather quickly.

The product helped a lot with detangling my hair in the shower, but unfortunately it left my hair feeling dried out and harder to manage once dry. I tried a few times with different shampoos combinations.
