Still frizzy
It is lighter than my old dryer. It also has adequate heat. My only problem is even though it says it won't it still makes my hair frizzy.

I returned the first hairdryer I purchased, free of charge…then I purchased the
AXIA HALO, this is an amazing piece of art. May hair came out so smooth and full of life. It is so easy to operate, and is very lightweight, which is what I was going for. I highly recommend this hairdryer.

The on/off button doesn’t work well
The on/off button doesn’t work well. It takes many attempts to turn it on and adjusting it to the right temp is difficult. Once it is on and hot - it works well.

I wanted to return two items and was told it’s not possible. Disappointing. I never opened my items the masque and the nectar. I wanted to return them because they have toxic ingredients that cause allergies. Why don’t u work on perfecting your brand and make it w clean ingredients. I threw my items in the garbage and won’t be ordering anymore from you!
