I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and prompt service. They came to clear a property abandoned by a tenant which was left filthy and full of discarded furniture and junk, some of which was rotting and very unpleasant to deal with. They removed everything very quickly and efficiently and the price charged was very reasonable, especially considering the nature of the job. I could not have wished for a better service.

Extremely professional family run business who cleared my Mum's flat for me. They were very friendly & helpful & made the experience easy. I also liked that a large percentage of the items would be taken to charity & the majority of the rest recycled. Very competitive too!

Ross and the Langleys team did a great job - prompt, understanding and friendly, with these last qualities important as house clearance only ever happens at a difficult time (in my case, my mother was leaving her home of 50+ years and going into care). They gave an accurate quote and sorted the cleaning, and it's good to know that many of the items removed will either find a new home via charity or else be recycled. It's good to have worked with a local family firm that provides an excellent level of service. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
