Good Customer service

Though the battery I received at first was defective but the company sent me replacement battery promptly without any additional shipping charges and it's working great.

Ordered April 25th and then transited…

Ordered April 25th and then transited from the manufacturer. Shipped from Brampton, ON, May 1st. Arrived in Montreal, QC, May 2nd. Delivery was fast and arrived earlier than anticipated. The part, a replacement battery, performs well within parameters. The only issue was having to deal with SHOP and non stop advertising. To the point where I simply deleted the app. Tracking with Canada Post was great, no ads !!!

Quick and easy

The battery came quickly and with all the tools needed to replace it which was very handy and unexpected. Laptop now has about 8 hours of charge again, a nice change from the 30 minutes I had with the old battery.

The part that I needed came exactly as…

The part that I needed came exactly as I needed it. Brand new airport card for 2015 MacBook Pro with the thermal adhesive as well. Nothing bad to say, it’s great to have a company like this in Canada to buy computer components.
