Horrible went for a screen replacement and they ended up ruining the mobo.
Sent me 3 batteries for my Razer laptop. First was absolute dud, not even detected by the laptop, the second didn't keep charge, died as soon as you unplugged the charger from the laptop. Third battery stays alive when laptop is unplugged but can only charge up to 87%. Batteries look legit with branded stickers but the cells are faulty at best or fake at worst. They said the 3rd battery was the last replacement and wouldn't send me any more. I won't be buying anything else from this company.
