Absolute pleasure to deal with, cannot recommend highly enough. Superfast turnaround for the repair, great communication so i always knew what was going on and what to expect, and the quality work of work was fantastic, Tim even cleaned the clogged up fans of my laptop without charge as an extra bonus!

I contacted this company for a quote and they got back to me quickly with a very good price. I had many questions (security, time) and received prompt and reassuring replies. I was committed to use them and would have but in the end was shouted a new laptop by my husband. Sounds to me as though they've had some very unfair reviews

Screen broke within 3 months of replacement. Would not recommend.

Constant communication and very professional and accurate my only real complaint (not that its one they had any control over) was it longer then I thought due to black Friday sales slowing down the whole post system.

Great service all round, easy, convenient and great communication, thanks for fixing my wife's zenbook.

Communication sucks, they’ll ignore you if they’ve stuffed up and don’t want to take responsibility for it.

Courier came and picked up the laptop and 2 weeks later it arrived back at my door good as new. Very responsive to emails. Excellent service all round. I live in rural QLD so was pleasantly surprised.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I worked so hard and saved so hard to purchase myself a $2000 Asus zenbook. They told me the turn around time was 4 days and I got my laptop back today after 3 weeks only to completely not work, screen not replaced and just a complete broken piece of crap now that I will be seeking they replace. I am so grateful I have the evidence to show how it was before I sent it. But I am so utterly disappointed that I put my trust in these people. They then also will not return my calls and emails and I am now involving my legal team.
Highly WOULD NOT recommend.

Tim did a great job on my screen repair and was very responsive to email despite issues with the courier & returned my laptop back in time for a work deadline that required the laptop. Overall satisfied with the service & would highly recommend.

Honestly the worst experience. Poor communication, waiting over a month and still the equipment hasn't been returned even though they took the full payment

The equipment was a lenovo yoga, and I certainly do have the right company. I requested a refund and you wouldn’t comply. I think people will see through your attempt to claim it’s the wrong company
