Is there less than 1 star? Not an American boutique company as they want you to believe. What comes to you could have come out of a gumball machine! If you want to return the jewelry it has to be sent to China. I will not use again and do Not recommend them.

Lara Green Jewelry, Barbara, Lana, and lots of other women's names followed by "made her first bracelet when she was 19 and is closing down her business now at 75" -- fake story, fake photos, fake retirement. These are fronts for cheap junk jewelry and the photos are lifted from legitimate jewelers' sites.

This looks like the same advertisement for the website that sent me a ring that looked nothing like the picture it’s all fake don’t buy from these websites

I'm usually a researcher, but this time I was 100% convinced this was a legitimate site. ..it was so believable.
Don't do it, you'll be 1000 % disappointed.
As I scanned through the Lara Green website, this one bracelet caught my eye. Evidently, their website has the capacity to track while you view the product. I kept getting emails from them offering 10% off, I finally "caved in."
I ordered one item, a bracelet with 3 silver strands and a single pearl. It arrived today in about 2 weeks. Each strand was in an individual tiny zip lock bag which was numbered stating "ordinary plating." Looks like it came out of one of those machines you see in a arcade in a plastic bubble you can purchase for 2 tickets. Complete rip off! The bracelet is nothing like the photo on "Lara Green," website. So dishonest, so upset...taken for a ride. The bracelet is made of silver colored plastic bits. $33.00 for a $1.50 fake piece of crap! This was advertised for over $100. Also, to top it off, minutes after ordering this piece, I happened to go back online and look at the "Lara Green" website and that's when I discovered all which was written about the hoax website. So, I emailed immediately to cancel my order and they emailed back and stated the order was in progress and essentially telling me "too late." I then cancelled my credit card fearing it would be used and abused. This was a total mess and huge mistake...but, I'm a lesson person and wanted to share this with you. FYI, they never gave me the 10% off!

One pair of earrings arrived damaged, in pieces. A ring was suppose to be size 10. No way a size 10. I usually wear a size 10 on my middle finger...this one doesn't even fit my pinky. And the quality of the products is not good. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not recommend ☹️

The jewelry came many weeks later than expected and it looked nothing like the picture. Very cheaply made. The earrings looked like a 5 year old painted them with the wrong colors. They offered me a 10% return but it never happened.

When I finally got the jewelry that was made in China, it was very cheap. The first two necklaces I tried on broke while I was putting them on. The clasp are cheap. The rest of the jewelry was made of a weird metal but not anything close to silver or a fine metal. Since they came apart in my hands and I could not get them clasped, I chose to send them back for a refund. That was a complete bust. It's a terrible company, and I would not fall for this again. The return address was someplace in China and they refused to pay for returns. Don't bother with this company.

Do not buy you will never receive what you bought and they will say it was delivered and not refund your money.

Wow! Thanks for sharing. Save me a Few $$ and needless headache. I was a bit skeptical and was going to place a small order first. The jewellery looked quite nice with its vintage apperance. So I decided to check Trustpilot first... Soooo happy I followed my instinct - Goodbye Laura Green.
Yes, I agree the Internet/Google should be held libiable for promoting and advertising these fraudlent and unscrupulus companies, afterall they are profiting from them. They should be more vigilant with these companies.

Looks like the same outfit that was doing Grace Bags. Note that it says she is in Durham North Carolina but the return shipping address is in China. Also if she is going out of business why is there an add for a sales manager position with the company. Grace bag web site had pictures of the same woman that was retiring from making hand made bags. I got sucked into it and the genuine leather hand made bag was vinyl and definitely not hand made. When you wanted to return a product you had to pay shipping to the Chinese address for a refund. It cost almost as much as the original price. I was able to get my money back through my credit card as they saw it was a scam. Don't waste your money. This is a scam.

This company is a scam. This is not a retired woman selling her discounted jewelry and is based in China. I have gotten no response to the fact that one of the items is missing from my order. Also, this company is affiliated with another false company called Carla's Jewelry showing a different woman supposedly retiring as well. They also send the jewelry from the exact same address. Also missing one item from that order.
Getting no response from customer service. Do not order from these two businesses.

I saw the ads and almost fell for them. But I decided to check reviews first and saw they have a 1.2 stars ratings.
I am glad I saved my money and feel sorry for all of those that were scammed.

I purchased 2 ring and heart chain that arrived after several weeks' wait and looked very cheap in person and not the correct ring size. I emailed them for a return request/refund no answer. In my opinion, I believe it is a Chinese/ Hong Kong company masquerading - with a pretty well-done marketing pitch - as a US company. BUYER BEWARE.

This site is a scam: Received a flimsy, micro-sized ring for $30.60, nothing like the highly-magnified, substantial ring shown on the site. “Stones” were the size of grains of sand, nearly invisible. Kicker comes when your bank slaps you with a surcharge for changing dollars into yen!

the worst experience in ages. I could have bought ALL of my order on TEMU for $20 instead of $200. This is BS. Don't fall for it. It says handcrafted with love; she's inspecting each item and gift wrapping it for delivery. Thus, the delay in timing. The delay was waiting for the delivery from China. It literally arrived in the original packaging from China. made in China. Absolutely disgusted. A true rip off artist. Kudos to you Laura Green. I hope no one else falls for this. I thought i was buying lovely items for my family. I bought gumball machine quality for a Mint. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The pics of "Lara" are of a model I've seen in YouTube videos. "She" is clearly not retiring as the ads have been running for at least a year. AOL needs to take down these ads. We should start a class action suit. Let's make AOL liabile for false advertising. They're raking in millions and not being responsible for "Made in China", NOT HANDMADE AS ADVERTISED.

The jewelry in the photos online look good quality and beautiful. The ones I ordered said they were 925 stamped sterling silver. Not the case when they arrived. I spent over 50 dollars on 2 pieces and was so excited to get them. When they came they looked something you'd order off temu. Very poor quality. No 925 stamp. The bead on the ring I bought was supposed to be opal but it was a very cheap bead that was painted. In truth I am pretty mad and want my money back but there's all these stipulations to get a refund. I could send it back and they could still refuse to refund my money. My husband said to just keep them and count it a loss as it already took a month to relieve the items.

I disliked the fact that Lara Green's website is nothing but pure marketing. She's not a little old lady that's retiring after 40 years of making beautiful hand crafted jewelry and now selling 'her last pieces' at 50% off - this is just a marketing gimmick. Her jewelry is made in China and shipped to the U.S. I found this out when I tracked my order and saw that it originated in China. Just got the two items I ordered today and as many other reviewers have stated, it's very similar (but more expensive) than jewelry out there we already know comes from China.
