Yes, all the reviews are accurate. The jewelry is not as advertised. The ocean necklace and earrings etc are not like the photo and are plastic or some very cheap material. When someone said costume j... See more

I purchased 4 pieces of Lara Green’s jewelry from the
website on 8 16 25. I realized I had been scammed
when my husband asked me to check the artist the
next morning 8 17 2025. I found 97% of the critical/
negative reviews from Trust Pilot. Thank God! I
immediately called our credit card company to
dispute the charge of $111. 14 along with the
substantiated evidence which they wanted.
It made me sick to my stomach to read the reviews. I
feel for everyone. I am so sorry. My own experience
was the following of this intense process. First, the
shipping method was not USPS which they claimed
on the initial confirmation message. Second, it was
awaiting shipment in the warehouse at 2:36 am but
had other tracking number. This said CJ packet but
in finer detail CN (short for China) to the US. Third,
the site advertising Lara Green jewelry was Heritage
Journal which I found odd as it is a peer-reviewed
scientific journal.
It was the advertisement in the Heritage Journal that
prompted me to look at the jewelry in addition to its
beauty, fine material, prices, and heart warming
story of Lara Green. It all seemed believable. In
retrospect the saying of “when something looks to
good to be true, it usually is (Emmy Rossum)”.
I wanted to express my recent experience so others
may read this, do their own research, trust your
instincts and possibly avoid all this time, energy,
stress, and expense. If enough of us make our voices
heard, perhaps this will happen.

Not made locally by a woman named Lara
Not made locally by a woman named Lara, they are made and shipped from China and look like cheap plastic out of a child's gumball machine. They also look nothing like the pictures. Such a scam and so sad that this is happening to others. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Kathie
absolutely not legit
absolutely not legit. Spent $90 on 3 pairs of earrings at 'deep discount" and what I got were $3 costume earrings I would pick up at Goodwill. I felt outraged. They advertise with an attractive woman in her workshop doing fine jewelry but what you get is absolute junk!!

Not at all like pics...wish I had seen these reviews before ordering
I think this stuff is actually Temu rip off stuff
Total scam
OMG! What a scam! The jewelry is a bunch of cheap crap from China, nothing like the pictures, not handmade jewelry by some amazing artist in Canada. Says easy returns, no questions asked. They quizzed me like crazy, then gave me an address IN CHINA to return it to. The shipping and tariffs would eat up any refund, so I agreed to a 20%refund, without sending the junk back. Should've done my research, should've realized it was all a huge scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! We'll see if I actually get a refund.
No delivery laragreen jewelry
I ordered, what I thought, was some pretty nice stuff, and then never received it. The crap that they want me to do is bull. They kept my money, and my order. If you buy from these people, you are as stupid as I was. RUN AWAY!!!!
I've been waiting for my $100.00 worth…
I've been waiting for my $100.00 worth of jewelry for almost 4 weeks. I keep getting emails from whomever saying they're sorry for the delay, be patient, etc. I finally started reading the reviews and realize I've probably lost my money unless I can get my Credit Union on them. I'm going to keep trying to get someone at the site, but I'm not holding my breath.
Since this review , I finally have almost all of my order, but one of the rings didn't arrive, but instead a replacement.
The pieces don't look exactly like their pictures and the rose gold is a little questionable. I will not be purchasing from here again
Ordered many items from Lara Green SCAM SITE !
Ordered 3 items from Lara Green in July, never delivered, my credit card was charged for $76.00. A few days after I ordered the first 3 pieces, I submitted a second order for more items totaling $280.00. Did not check for problems with this seller as the advertising was everywhere and I assumed the site was legitimate. Sent a few emails to the site and kept getting lovely notes & promises but no jewelry. I then did a bit of looking and found that I am not alone in getting robbed. There has to be something done about these scam sites ! Lesson learned - I will not be buying anything online except from Ebay where there is some protection.
Laragreenjewelry.com is a scam!
This website is 100% scam. The jewelry that arrives is nothing like what is pictured on their website. Arrives with almost no packaging, broken items and they look almost nothing like what you ordered. Will not provide a full refund and insist on returns going direct to China, even tho product was shipped from some warehouse in the US. Cost of return is over $30/$40. Plus additional tarriff charges. Find the same products on Temu for around $5 or less. Do not Buy!
I spent $66.00 to purchase two rings
I spent $66.00 to purchase two rings.
After waiting long time to get them I received two rings that were Not at all what I ordered. No sympathy from company. I went round and round trying to get them to send me the rings I ordered.
The most they will do is a 20% refund and I keep the rings.
This is a Bait and Switch for sure. Do not fall for the sweet lady on website or the gorgeous jewelry pictured in the ad. They obviously do not exist!!!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, it’s not custom made and comes from China, cheaply made and looks like something you would get from a bubble gum machine!!! When I tried to return the jewelry for a full refund, was told that shipping cost was on me, it costs over $240 dollars to return the items.. fraudulent 100%!!!
Lara Green Jewelry is a SCAM
Lara Green Jewelry is a SCAM, Using this Woman's name selling products that are cheap nothings made in China... All the so called handmade rings, necklaces, earrings, look like immature kid crafted toys. A total waste of money 🤑
They are liars
They are liars. There is no Lara Green or any other “artist” involved in this. It’s all mass produced Chinese JUNK! Not even worth the low price.
The one thing that galls me is how professional the website looks. The story, pictures and everything actually made me think that this was an artisan trying to get rid of her inventory so she could retire without having to worry about storing it all or something.
DO NOT BUY!!!
I recently purchased four items from a…
I recently purchased four items from a Lara Green. All I have to say is that, yes, it did take a little bit to receive it. But was very thrilled and pleased with my pieces. The rings fit in super smoothly. Stones are beautiful and quality for the money is perfect.
I highly recommend for a gift to someone or a treat for yourself.
If I could leave a negative number…
If I could leave a negative number review, I would. I ordered two pieces from laragreen. When they finally arrived, they were very cheap looking, like something you’de get at a dollar store or pick up with a grab claw in one of those arcade prize machines.
After several back and forth E-Mails which accomplished nothing, they refused to refund me for adding insult to injury by sending the wrong color piece, tryng to pass off the excuse thst each of their pieces is “ unique” and that because of that, I should expect “ difference from piece to piece”. The best they could do is to offer me a 10% refund if I accept the incorrect order.
From now on, I research EVERYTHING I order online, which is just due dilligence, but it is business practices like these that destroy trust and probably lower sales from legitimate businesses.
DON’T ORDER From these PEOPLE THEY…
DON’T ORDER From these PEOPLE THEY DESERVE A SUB ZERO RSTING. 0’s. I didn’t get the items I ordered. The 2 I received looked nothing like the ad. The other items sent were cheaply made and not at all what was ordered.
You will see different scenarios as to why they are selling at s low price. I have seen retiring snd going out of business. Meta allows these crooks to advertise on facebook. So far trying to do a chargeback on my account for $100+. DON’T ORDER FROM ANY OF
THESE SITES. THEY AREN’T IN THE USA.
Wish I had done due diligence before purchasing. Ordered 2 rings, didn't get an order #, because message said it would be emailed. No email. Have tried calling-phone doesn't work. Charge pending.
Wish I had done reviews before purchasing. Have tried contacting company, no luck. Have emailed 3x, tried phone 4x (not a working number). Was supposed to get a email with order number. Hasn't happened. That's when I decided to go to reviews. Uh, oh. My charge is still pending, so as soon as it posts, I'll call credit card company and tell them to dispute the charge as fraud.
scam
scam! they sent me junk and refusing to provide return shipping label and suggesting to keep the items because the return label to CHINA is very costly and not worth it.
