Wore the trainers once and stitching on one foot it’s starting to come away I have various pairs of Vivienne Westwood and the quality is usually 10/10 I’ve never complained about 1 pair these new season ones are disappointing in regards to the quality

I ordered a pair of boots, Larizia shipped it next day via DHL. It only took 3 days from UK to Australia. The boots are beautiful with careful parking, but unfortunately it run big, I had to return it. And the return is very simple and smooth, I got the refund same day the boots arrived Larizia return centre. It gives me a lot confident to shop again with Larizia.

Arrived fast, broke immediately
The product arrived quickly, but on the second unzipping of the Balenciaga micro backpack, the zipper hinge that holds the pull in place bent and the pull separated from the hinge.
I fixed it, which took a few minutes to do correctly without damaging the item, but it was a gift for my wife to house her new AirPod Pro 2s, and so this was embarrassing.
I would have thought that for the price and designer name that the item would have appropriately inspected for quality control.
It’s absolutely not with taking the time and energy to return and wait two weeks for a new one.
